Our Powder coat area is looking for a laborer who has experience ideally with sand blasting, powder coating and forklift operations.  Hours would be 7am-330pm with a pay range of $20-22 per hour based on experience.

Important – due to the nature of this position, a qualified candidate must be able to interpret Engineering Blueprints as every aspect of inspecting our product relies on the blueprints to ensure accuracy.

Breakdown of daily activities is generally as follows:

  • 30% Part inspection (on manufacturing floor)
  • 50% Assembly inspection (on manufacturing floor)
  • 20% Processing and analysis of data
  • Prior experience with weld and paint inspection
  • Basic math skills necessary to include fractions and decimals*
  • Strong ability in blueprint reading*
  • Ability to read and use a tape measure*

MIG Welder

MIG Welder- 1st and 2nd shift opportunities available!

We’re a growing manufacturer of UL heavy gauge steel fuel tanks, trailers, large generator enclosures and modular metal enclosures for housing fully equipped electrical distribution and control equipment.

 

We are seeking a 1st Shift (7am -3:30pm) and 2nd Shift MIG Welders (Mon-Thursday, 4:00pm – 2:00am) who are dedicated, detail orientated and who wants stable consistent hours where OT is always available but not mandatory.

  • Welding I-Beam Frame and Fuel Tanks in flat/vertical overhead positions.  The sheet metal thickness will range from 10 gauge up to ½ inch.
  • Clamp, hold, tack-weld, grind or bolt component parts to obtain required configurations and positions for welding
  • Position and secure workpieces, using hoists, cranes, wire and banding machines or hand tools
  • Inspect products/equipment for defects/malfunctions
  • Must be able to read measuring devices, such as tape measure
  • Must be able to read blueprints – this is extremely important
  • GMAW (MIG/MAG) experience preferred

Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:

Small Electrical Assembly Company –looking for qualified, efficient, and motivated individual to do the
following:
• Work well in a fast paced/demanding but very detail orientated position.
• Support production in alerting assemblers and management of workmanship errors, customer
drawing contradictions, and any other issues.
• The goal of the position is to ensure shipment of 100% “good” quality product per customer
specifications and/or IPC standards—on time to the customer.
• Final Inspection of completed product to verify compliance to customer’s drawings and
specifications. Includes signing off on the traveler and preparing customer specific Certificates
of Conformance. Includes FAI report on “first pieces” for customer.
• In-Process and first piece inspection for all aspects of production. Includes crimping, soldering,
measuring, wiring, along with all other general operation checks.
• Perform 100% inspection of soldering, hand-terminations and other designated critical QC
checkpoints.

Driver/Shop Helper

We are in need of a driver/shop helper.   This is not strictly a driving job, applicant will be required to load and strap down their vehicles as well as some shop work when not driving.  This is a full-time position with some mandatory overtime.  Hours are 6am-230pm Monday – Friday.  $21-23 per hour based on experience.

 

 

Entry Level Welder/General Labor

Entry Level Welder/General laborer: Full time Monday-Friday 6am-230pm with some mandatory overtime.  Must be able to read a tape measure. Experience in a shop setting is a plus.  Welding experience a plus, but we will train the right candidate. $19-21 per hour based on experience.  This employee will have multiple responsibilities including cutting on a saw, some small welding, unloading/loading trucks, and painting materials etc.
