Responsible for operating mechanical and hydraulic stamping press equipment ranging from 95 Tons to 1000 Tons. Operating 5-axis laser cutting machines (both CO2 and Fiber Optic), to produce high quality parts and meet demand. Essential Job Functions:
• Load and unload metal material into machine bed
• Position, align, and secure material against fixtures or stops
• Evaluate part quality using check aids and/or visual inspection
• Ensure proper tagging of finished parts for correct routing and counts
• Keep accurate part and scrap counts, record on data collection system at end of job or shift
• Follow safety rules and ISO requirements
• Maintain a clean work area.
