Shipping Responsibilities:
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment according to company guidelines and customer requirements.
- Pull, inspect, and verify outgoing shipments against orders to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with stock counting and keeping the inventory organized in the shipping area.
- Create and review shipping documents, including packing lists and shipping labels.
- Use basic equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and occasionally forklifts to move packages and shipments.
- Communicate with shipping companies to schedule pick-ups and resolve any issues with shipments.
- Assist in monitoring the status of outgoing shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
