to ensure the machines produce high-quality products according to specifications while maintaining optimal
production rates. You will work closely with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and contribute to
meeting production targets.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor machines and tooling during production to ensure optimal operating efficiency.
• Inspect raw and finished products to ensure they meet customer quality standards.
• Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. tool offsets, speed/feeds, etc.)
• Load/move parts using overhead crane and/or forklift and use power tools as needed.
• Address any issues that arise during production (tool malfunctions or material inconsistencies.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks (lubricating machinery, conducting repairs, etc.).
Requirements:

• Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, etc. to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Perform daily machine maintenance and troubleshoot CNC machines.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures.
• Keep work area and machines clean and organized at all times.
• Additionally, this person must maintain a good attendance record, practice safe work habits and
follow general safety procedures.
Skills, Education and Experience Required:
• Three years of experience machining custom one-of-a-kind parts.
• Proficient understanding of G-code.
• Knowledge of cutting tool selection for highest efficiency and accuracy.
