MIG Production Welder

MIG welding on thin gauge material (less than 1/4 inch). Use fixtures
to weld and assemble new metal components. Work assignments will be the same and/or similar day to
day. This is a production welding role and requires skill with highly cosmetic welds.

• Performs production MIG welding following standardized work processes and quality procedures.
• Make minor repairs/adjustments to MIG welding equipment.
• Complete tasks requiring continuous and repetitive movement.
• Weld metal parts together using MIG welding.
• Apply welds per specifications to produce completed product.
• Monitors the fitting, burning, and welding processes to avoid overheating of parts or warping,
shrinking, distortion, or expansion of material.
• Sharp attention to detail in favor of identifying defects.
• 1+ years of MIG/Tack welding experience.

POSITION SUMMARY:  A Warehouse Associate is responsible for carrying out the logistics of receiving, processing, storing and sending inventory according to purchase orders and shipping schedules. Their duties include loading orders onto trucks and shipping containers, organizing incoming stock and putting the appropriate labels on outgoing shipments.

 

 

  • Move inventory and materials throughout the warehouse utilizing forklift and/or pallet jack
  • Receiving and documenting materials for delivery or return.
  • Ensuring that all the inventory is safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping.
  • Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining up to date records of inventory
  • Assist in preparing documentation and inventory for audits
  • Identifying any missing, lost or damaged materials and immediately notify the supervisor.
  • Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Experienced in forklift and pallet jack operation.

 

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Travel to project sites, or other APiCC locations as needed.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • PPE required when in the plant, yard or construction areas include:
    • Hard Hat
    • Safety Glasses / Goggles
    • Steel-toed Boots
    • High Visibility Vest
    • Hearing Protection (designated areas)
    • Gloves

 

 

Steel Fabricator

Experienced Steel Fabricator: Must be reliable, self-motivated, and have experience with structural steel. Ideally this candidate will have multiple years working with structural steel, reading blueprints, fabricating/welding, as well as general shop knowledge.  This is a first shift position 6am-230pm with some mandatory overtime.  This position will pay $23-26/hour based on experience.

CNC Programmer

We are seeking a CNC Programmer with experience programming 3-axis CNC mills. The successful
candidate will be required to develop new CNC programs and/or modify existing programs for different
machines. During the machining process, you will be required to perform quality checks with the
machine operator to ensure the program is producing parts according to specifications, making manual
adjustments if necessary. You will also work with the engineers and tool & die makers to look for product
modifications that might reduce the amount of machining time needed. Although no formal education is
required, applicants should be familiar with the Mastercam and SolidWorks.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Write CNC Programs to optimize efficiency while being able to maintain the tolerance needed on
various one-of-a-kind die components.
• Write CNC programs for 3-axis machining centers using MasterCam version 2024.
• Communicate instructions and priorities to CNC machinists.
• Must be able to analyze 3D designs and models to be manufactured.
• Maintain accurate CNC program database to reflect current revisions and programs.
• Ability to operate CNC machines when necessary.
• Train new employees on how to properly operate CNC machines.
• Ability to monitor workloads and adjust schedule to hit target due dates.
• Keep work area clean and organized at all times.
• Additionally, this person must maintain a good attendance record, practice safe work habits and
follow general safety procedures.
