• Set up and operate 3-axis CNC machines to produce precision parts and components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy.
• Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools to verify parts meet specifications.
• Ability to complete some programming of the machine to make edits and offsets.
• Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.

Experienced Steel Fabricator: Must be reliable, self-motivated, and must have experience with structural steel. Candidate will need to have multiple years working with structural steel (I-beams, Columns), reading blueprints, fabricating/welding, as well as general shop knowledge. This is a first shift position 6am-230pm with some mandatory overtime. This position will pay $27-28/hour based on experience. Experience with stairs and railings a plus.

$27-29 per hour based on experience.

This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and performing precision measurement and inspection processes to ensure compliance with customer and industry specifications.
• Operate and program precision measurement equipment (CMM, Faro Arm – both using Poly Works software)
• Interpret and apply GD&T to stamped parts and tooling components.
• Develop measurement plans and inspection routines for new and existing parts.
• Perform dimensional layouts and provide detailed reports for PPAP, ISIR, and capability studies.
• Support troubleshooting of stamping, tooling, and quality issues through dimensional analysis.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to improve processes and reduce variation.

We’re a growing manufacturer of UL heavy gauge steel fuel tanks, trailers, large generator enclosures and modular metal enclosures for housing fully equipped electrical distribution and control equipment.
We are seeking a 1st Shift (7am -3:30pm) and 2nd Shift MIG Welders (Mon-Thursday, 4:00pm – 2:00am) who are dedicated, detail orientated and who wants stable consistent hours where OT is always available but not mandatory.
- Welding I-Beam Frame and Fuel Tanks in flat/vertical overhead positions. The sheet metal thickness will range from 10 gauge up to ½ inch.
- Clamp, hold, tack-weld, grind or bolt component parts to obtain required configurations and positions for welding
- Position and secure workpieces, using hoists, cranes, wire and banding machines or hand tools
- Inspect products/equipment for defects/malfunctions
- Must be able to read measuring devices, such as tape measure
- Must be able to read blueprints – this is extremely important
- GMAW (MIG/MAG) experience preferred
