The press/laser machine operator is responsible for operating both mechanical and hydraulic stamping press
equipment (ranging from 95 Ton to 1000 Ton) as well as operating 5-axis laser cutting equipment (both oxygen and
fiber optic) to produce high-quality parts and meet demand.

Load and unload metal material into press or laser bed
Position, align, and secure material against fixtures or stops
Evaluate part quality using check aids and/or visual inspection
Ensure proper tagging of finished parts for correct routing and counts
Keep accurate part and scrap counts, record on data collection system at end of job or shift

The Administrative and Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support and managing aspects of accounts payable activities.

This hybrid role ensures smooth office operations, delivers outstanding internal and external customer service, and maintains accuracy and compliance in financial transactions.

 

Administrative & Office Support:

  • Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a professional and friendly experience
  • Answer, screen, and route all incoming phone calls
  • Manage correspondence, packages, and inventory of office supplies
  • Ownership of maintaining and organizing office and common areas, including oversight of inventory and restocking of supplies
  • Assist with planning and execution of company meetings and events.

Accounts Payable Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily AP functions including invoice entry, credit card purchases, and supplier onboarding

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable and office administration
  • Current valid and clean WI Driver’s License
  • Previous customer service, office administrator, or hospitality experience preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing environment and ERP systems preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit and Adobe PDF
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician on 1st shift with experience working in a manufacturing environment and setting up machines. This role is responsible for keeping a variety of production equipment running properly and handling repairs when issues come up.

The right candidate will have hands-on experience maintaining machines such as CNC equipment, mills, grinders, drill presses, punch presses, and CO₂ or fiber optic laser machines. You will be responsible for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting problems, making repairs, and helping with programming when needed. Material Handler

Responsible to manage and maintain auxiliary equipment and material/resin levels at work centers per the manufacturing order

  • Pre-stage materials for upcoming set-ups per priority list at designated area.
  • Set up material and auxiliary equipment including grinders and dryers per work center layout, cleaning loader, hoses, feed throat, and filters at the press.
  • Mix materials, concentrate with natural color, or regrind per the manufacturing order.
  • Monitor and maintain auxiliary equipment for proper operations, dryer levels, and check grinder status material for production run and reduce machine downtime.
  • Complete proper identification tags and create labels for material and auxiliary equipment.
  • Complete shift end material report and resolve discrepancies for inventory control.
  • Properly communicate with previous shift mechanics and technicians to determine status of current work.
  • Assist set up technicians to install molds, hook up water and load molding parameters per universal process.
  • Assist with moving material for new manufacturing orders from the warehouse to designated areas needed.
  • Assist with cleaning auxiliary equipment.
  • Ensure remaining runners are ground and regrind used before job is done.
  • Tear down job at end of production run, weigh, and label excess material for inventory control.

 

 

Minimum Level of Education/Training/Experience Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent

One year of experience Material Handling and/or experience in an injection molding environment preferred

 

Job Skills Requirements:

Basic computer skills with ability to learn new software

Forklift Certification

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
