Looking for a 1st shift machine operator to run a heat seal machine.  1st shift $16-$17hr.

 

 

Looking for 1st and 2nd shift flux core welders, 3/32 experience.  Would be a plus if you have metal core wire experience as well!  Apply online or in person!

 

 

1. Entry level welder. This is a full-time permanent position. Hours are 9am to 530pm with some mandatory overtime. This is a diverse position with general shop needs, as well as welding.  Candidate must have some sort of experience welding whether its school or small time at a job. Must be able to lift 50lbs, read a tape measure down to 1/16^th (non-negotiable), and work in a fast-paced environment. $19-21/hour based on experience.

 

1. First shift fabricator with experience with structural steel.  We are not looking for a basic welder, this candidate must be a structural steel fabricator.  Ideally this candidate will have experience with Stairs and railings, but that is not a must.   This is a first shift full time position with the hours of 6am-230pm Monday-Friday with some mandatory overtime.  The pay will be $24.00-26.00 per hour based on experience.

 

The press operator is responsible for operating mechanical and hydraulic stamping press equipment ranging from 95 Ton to 1000 Ton to produce high quality parts and meet demand.

 

Essential Job Functions:

• Load and unload metal material into press bed
• Position, align, and secure material against fixtures or stops
• Evaluate part quality using check aids and/or visual inspection
• Ensure proper tagging of finished parts for correct routing and counts
• Keep accurate part and scrap counts, record on data collection system at end of job or shift

 

1^st shift hours:  6:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Monday-Friday with overtime as required and on Saturdays)

Looking for a 2nd shift, industrial painter, Waukesha County!

 

Spray paint on structural steel in position, overhead, vertical, horizontal , using air assisted airless equipment and cup gun application in a job shop environment.  Open air painting of cranes, responsible for set-up, wrapping of unpainted areas, ability to stand , maneuver and paint in all areas.

 

Not afraid of heights, able to clean/prep steel surfaces to paint.  Experience in rigging and moving of large parts helpful.

 

 

1. Shipping and receiving/Material handler 1^st Need to have fork truck experience, need to have crane experience with large parts and hitching (10,000 plus lbs), need to have good computer skills and organization, need to be detailed, need to be able to adjust schedule as needed to complete job, need to have ability to build crating and package as needed   pay is $15-$18 per hour

1st shift opening!

Set up, lay out, fabricate, assembly and weld from prints.

MIG and flux core welding, Operate press brake, drills, grinders, cutting shaping and welding.

Light to medium gauge steel. Build a variety of metal assemblies and sub-assemblies. Move materials using forklifts and cranes.

$22-$26hr.
