overseeing the Quality Department and direct reports as well as for the overall quality of our products.
Overview of Responsibilities:
• Train employees on quality requirements
• Internal Auditing
• Day to day QC Assistance to your team / Inspection
• Product Testing
• ISO Training and Audits
• Customer Audits / Address Customer Issues
• Supplier Audits
• Compliance
• IPC Training & Certification
• PPAP / FAI reporting
• NCM/RMA disposition
• Wear many hats in a small company environment

• Ability to read electrical prints and schematics

WHAT WE NEED:
A hardworking individual with a strong work ethic and positive attitude, written and verbal communication skills,
good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, ability to multitask and has excellent attention to detail!
3+ years of electrical and quality experience and/or minimum of 2 years of schooling in the quality or electrical
fields. Applicant must be able to work well with our customers, suppliers and co-workers. Occasional travel to
customer sites may be necessary. Management experience a plus.
