Ecommerce Specialist

The Ecommerce Specialist will monitor the daily website activity and its overall performance to enhance user experience,
increase website traffic and sales, and develop brand loyalty. This positon will assist with ad campaigns on various search
engines and websites while utilizing social media to research and implement the latest digital marketing strategies. The ES
will be responsible for tracking all marketing efforts as well as analyzing data to grow the overall ecommerce strategy for
the company.

Maintain our web presence to boost brand awareness and ensure brand consistency
Help manage our online marketing presence, including social media platforms
Coordinate the creation of digital content (website, blogs, social media, press releases etc.)
Manage end-to-end digital projects
Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance
Work closely with different teams to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms
Manage our website, including online inventory
Monitor return of investments (ROI) and Key performance indicators (KPI)
Be a subject matter expert to assigned product categories
Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
Work with product management, sales, graphics, and other relevant departments to provide updated content for
assigned accounts to be shared across eCommerce platforms
Use Spreadsheets or Excel (pivot tables, vlookups etc) in addition to web analytics to stay organized and monitor
changes in product sales and identify opportunities for improvement.
Assist in special projects as needed

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Completion of 4-years of high school, or equivalent is strongly preferred
4-year degree in Marketing and/or Business or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of related experience required

  • Experience in 4 and 5 axis work CNC 5-7 years

  • Able to read and understand g code with head changes and make edits as needed

MIG Welder

We are currently looking for an experienced, first shift, full-time MIG welder. Must be reliable, self-motivated, and have transportation. Experience operating a plasma burn table is a plus. Ideally this candidate will have multiple years working with structural steel, reading blue prints, fabricating/welding, as well as operating a plasma burn table. This is a first shift position 6am-230pm Monday-Friday with some mandatory overtime. This position will pay $17-19/hour based on experience. This position is responsible for working with precision equipment, tight tolerances and small parts.
In this position you would be responsible for:
• Inspecting and testing product.
• Checking backlash and torque using a variety of test equipment.
• Running first article parts and inspecting per plan and engineering drawings.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the assembly room, tooling, fixtures and benches.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma and or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of shop experience using precision measuring instruments.

  • Organized and possess the ability to communicate effectively regarding the status of projects; Bi-lingual skills a plus.
  • This position requires knowledge of machining technology, mechanical principles, shop mathematics, job layout and precision measuring procedures, tooling applications, operating methods and machining characteristics of materials.
  • Ability to read mechanical part drawings and measuring devices.
  • Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
  • Working knowledge of basic welding practices and techniques.
  • Electrical skills a plus.
  • Should be a self-starter that can prioritize their workday and function independently with minimal direct supervision.
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with Techwire die cast machines or die cast machines in general a plus.
