CNC Programmer With Mastercam

  1. Looking for a CNC programmer for both Mill and Lathe.  Needs to have experience in some sort of programming software with Mastercam preferred.  Would need to have had machining experience before they became a programmer.  Person will also need to work on the floor if no work is needed in the office.  They need to understand how to fixture parts and have good knowledge of tooling.  Person will be working closely with machinists on floor so will need to have good people skills and be able to adjust on the fly to changing work conditions.  Need to understand programming and machining parts in 3D.  Most important is that the person has to have a good attitude and take the time to make the programs correct before the machinist gets it on the floor.  Pay is 22-28 per hour for a 1st shift position normal week would be 40 hours 6-2:30 but will need to work more depending on volume of work and if something is needed for second shift.  Interviews will need to be after 2pm.

Welder – Fabricator

Fabricator/Welder ,second shift needs to proficient in flux core welding and will be tested, needs to have tools to perform fabricating duties, needs to know how to read a print, needs to understand weld symbols, needs to be able to problem solve, needs to understand how to use a transit and set one up, needs to have good dexterity to build, assembly experience would be preferred and needs to have experience with using an overhead crane

Qualifications

Availability for OT & travel required

  • Install, maintain, repair, and inspect mechanical equipment and including specialized overhead crane equipment in industrial facilities.
  • Fabricates, assembles, and tests parts as needed, and other mechanical system parts using metal fabricating tools, common hand tools, power tools, welders, torches.
  • Moves and replaces machinery and auxiliary apparatus using hand and electric trucks, forklifts, dollies, overhead, truck cranes.
  • Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous.
  • Able to read blueprints and welding symbols.
  • Able to weld in position, overhead and vertical ups using stick and wire.
  • Knowledge of welding machine settings, wire feeds, other welding equipment and shielding gas requirements
  • Work in a safe manner in accordance with OSHA safety rules and regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Have the knowledge required to measure welds with weld gauges.

Responsibilities

Service Technician positions require agility and physical fitness.  Physical abilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Able to climb ladders and work above ground (not afraid of heights).
  • Work on knees and/or arms overhead
  • Able to work while laying on back.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Able to stand for four hours at a time or longer
  • Able to work in a confined space depending on the job being done.  Some confined spaces may be tight.
  • Able to work long hours if the job requires.
  • Able to work outdoors if the job requires.
  • Travel is required.  Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.  CDL drivers preferred.

Equipment Knowledge

Functional understanding and use of the following equipment is required for this position:

  • Welders-able to adjust for proper amps and voltage
  • Fork Truck
  • Overhead crane operation
  • Rigging of steel and other equipment
  • Tape measure (able to use and read)
  • Aerial Lifts

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate woodworking machines, such as table saws, miter saws, routers, drill presses and sanding machines.
  • Set up the equipment to cut, shape and sand wood components.
  • Verify dimensions, using templates, calipers, rulers and other measurement tools.
  • Assemble, finish and complete from start-to-finish customer specified orders
  • Fabricate, assemble, and complete from start-to-finish customer orders
  • Complete and maintain all manufacturing documents, records and paperwork.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as required.

 

Requirements

  • 3 years’ experience in cabinetry, carpentry, or woodworking in a manufacturing environment
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude with a mindset of continuous improvement of Landmark manufacturing processes and product lines

 

Education

  • High school diploma, GED required.
  • 2-year technical degree preferred but not required

 

Pay Range

  • $18 – $24 per hour depending on experience
