Quality Control Inspector
Status: Full-time, 40 hours per week minimum (OT as required)
Shift: First Shift, Monday – Friday (occasional Saturday)
Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm, (OT as necessary)
Pay: $15-$18/hour
Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:
Small Electrical Assembly Company –looking for qualified, efficient, and motivated individual to do the
following:
• Work well in a fast paced/demanding but very detail orientated position.
• Support production in alerting assemblers and management of workmanship errors, customer
drawing contradictions, and any other issues.
• The goal of the position is to ensure shipment of 100% “good” quality product per customer
specifications and/or IPC standards—on time to the customer.
• Final Inspection of completed product to verify compliance to customer’s drawings and
specifications. Includes signing off on the traveler and preparing customer specific Certificates
of Conformance. Includes FAI report on “first pieces” for customer.
• In-Process and first piece inspection for all aspects of production. Includes crimping, soldering,
measuring, wiring, along with all other general operation checks.
• Perform 100% inspection of soldering, hand-terminations and other designated critical QC
checkpoints.
