Immediate openings on 1st and 2nd shifts!
Manufacturer of heavy gauge steel fuel tanks, trailers, large generator enclosures and modular metal enclosures for housing fully equipped electrical distribution and control equipment.
Important – due to the nature of this position, a qualified candidate must be able to interpret Engineering Blueprints as every aspect of inspecting our product relies on the blueprints to ensure accuracy.
Breakdown of daily activities is generally as follows:
- 30% Part inspection (on manufacturing floor)
- 50% Assembly inspection (on manufacturing floor)
- 20% Processing and analysis of data
- Prior experience with weld and paint inspection
- Basic math skills necessary to include fractions and decimals*
- Strong ability in blueprint reading*
- Ability to read and use a tape measure*
