Janitor

You have probably seen some of their graphics and décor products in a store or restaurant.  Their customers include brands, big-box and specialty retailers, quick-serve restaurants and convenience stores.  They care about the environment; the Sustainability Team works with their vendors and other companies to determine ways to streamline manufacturing processes to reduce waste, limit the use of non-recyclable materials, lower energy consumption, reduce pollution and improve the use of recyclable/reusable materials within the organization.

Janitor/Custodian responsibilities:

  • Duties include sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, mopping and sanitizing restrooms
  • Emptying gaylords, loading cardboard into the compactor (can be physical)
  • Snow removal on sidewalks

Janitor/Custodian Requirements:

  • Must have a good eye for detail
  • Must work well independently and be dependable
  • Capable of using the correct products for cleaning the facility.

Lab Technician

Lab Technician Job Description:

  • Measure, weigh up color formula’s materials to meet customer specifications.
  • Mix batch in jars on shakers, and produce color chips using injection molding machines for sample submission and for each lot of colorant manufactured to ensure quality control.
  • During production process, match customer color submissions as accurately as possible using lab equipment and guidance from more experienced technicians assigned to Quality.
  • May be trained to run the Mill, or bottle machine to produce color sheets, or bottles for sample submission

Lab Technician Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1-2 years prior experience in a lab environment preferred and plastics industry experience highly desirable.
  •  Ability to see color accurately.
  • Strong number perception, basic math and measurement skills, positive attitude, enthusiasm, and good verbal communication skills.
  • Candidate will lift 5 to 20 lbs. frequently, 20-40 lbs. occasionally, and more than 40 lbs. with assistance if required.
  • Frequent work with lab equipment (weigh scales, spectrophotometer, etc.), and molding machinery.

 

Inside Sales – HVAC Industry

The Inside Sales Candidate will produce quotes and submittals within the air dispersion industry. Candidate will provide support to Business Development and Management.

Inside Sales Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and coordinate quote activity within the Inside Sales Department.
  • Draft and review project submission content, ensuring all quotes are submitted on time and fully compliant with the requirements.

Weld Mill Operator

Weld Mill Operator Job Responsibilities:

  • Safely operates, sets up and adjusts all tube welding mills.
  • Make periodic inspection checks to determine type of adjustments.
  • Completes destructive and nondestructive tube quality checks as required and necessary.
  • Prepares various rolls, clamps, bars, and mandrels for changeovers or replacement.
  • Installs and reconditions electrodes.
  • Maintains perishable tooling and supplies as needed for the mill.
  • Maintains proper operating standards for the tooling and product and records it.
  • Maintains correct and continuous supply of strip steel from storage area to welder.
  • Operates any welder temporarily for relief purposes.
  • Operates cranes.
  • Makes splice welds for continuous welding.

Weld Mill Operator Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • Must be able to read, write and perform basic math calculations without difficulty or additional assistance.
  • Must be able to demonstrate strong general mechanical skills.

Work Environment:

  • May be exposed to moderate noise intensity
  • May be exposed to noise, dust, fumes, airborne particles, smoke (Not over OSHA permissible exposure levels)
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to fifty pounds.

 

Stainless Steel Fabricator

Stainless Steel Fabricator Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate a manual lathe to machine stainless steel components, ensuring dimensions meet blueprint specifications.
  • Perform cutting, sawing, shaping, drilling, and assembly of stainless steel components using various fabrication tools and equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications to accurately fabricate parts.
  • Utilize precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to inspect and verify that fabricated parts meet required tolerances and quality standards.
  • Safely handle and work with stainless steel materials, ensuring minimal waste and efficient use of resources.
  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on lathes and other fabrication equipment to ensure proper working condition.

Stainless Steel Fabricator Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience operating manual lathes (2-3+ years preferred).
  • Hands-on experience fabricating stainless steel parts.
  • Strong knowledge of precision inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.).
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and engineering drawings.
  • Strong understanding of machining processes, material properties, and fabrication techniques.
  • Ability to lift and handle parts and materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Experience with welding, CNC machines, or other fabrication techniques is a plus but not required.

Shipping Clerk Job Responsibilities:

  • Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment according to company guidelines and customer requirements.
  • Pull, inspect, and verify outgoing shipments against orders to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist with stock counting and keeping the inventory organized in the shipping area.
  • Create and review shipping documents, including packing lists and shipping labels.
  • Use basic equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and occasionally forklifts to move packages and shipments.

  • Lay out, fit, and assemble parts to make and repair tools, dies, mandrels and other components.
  • Measure, mark, and scribe metal stock to lay out for machining by other workers.

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

 

Quality Assurance/Document Control- Direct Hire

Quality Control Technician’s main responsibility is to provide direct verification of plant conformance to quality and regulatory standards, to provide support and guidance (written or verbal) to management, staff, and customers, and to provide training to staff as needed.  Additionally, to manage and oversee documents for the company’s ISO 9001 and FSSC programs.

Quality Assurance/Document Control Specialist Job Duties:

  • Perform batch validation testing, corrections, and documentation (COA, etc.)
  • Maintain quality records following client retention policies or practices
  • Coordinate sampling and testing with outside laboratories (as needed)
  • Conduct Environmental Monitoring according to policy, coordinates and ship samples and maintain records

Purchasing Assistant/Customer Service – Direct Hire

Purchasing Job Duties: 

  • Enter purchase orders for raw material, maintenance and supplies
  • Work with vendors and suppliers on the availability of raw materials as well as status of purchase.
  • Communicate with production regarding needs for upcoming orders and deliveries of products.
  • Receive all purchase orders for bulk tankers and update ERP on price changes and inventory for batch tickets.
