  • Assists the Quality Assurance Manager in the inspection and verification of product. The Quality Inspector will execute a variety of Quality Control and Quality Assurance tasks consistent with a focus on manufacturing processes and corporate quality objectives and metrics.
  • The Quality Inspector may also perform secondary operations or manufacturing tasks as needed / required.
  • Tasks may include measurement and data analysis, in combination with feature assessment and identification of conformance.
  • The Quality Inspector will assist production and operations by performing Inspection and documenting results of Materials, Components, Processes, and Procedures.
  • First piece inspection, in process and final inspection. Troubleshooting and analysis of results. Perform calculations and math functions. Evaluation of in-process variables using Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods and techniques
  • Component Layouts, Inspections, and associated Documentation ·
  • Set up and operate testing equipment. Perform calibrations and assist in maintaining calibration system
  • Assist in MSA (Gage R & R) studies.
  • Ensure compliance with the “Control of Non-Conforming Material” process

Quality Inspector Job Requirements:

  • High school or equivalent
  • Must be able to use microscopes, comparators, micrometers as well as other measuring instruments.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or quality lab is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SPC and/or GD&T training is a plus.
  • Must have solid math and Microsoft Excel skills.

 

Production Lead – Clean Room

Production Lead – Clean Room Job Description:

  • Work in a cleanroom ISO class 6 environment, supervising 4-5 associates
  • Follow detailed work instructions, SOPs, Batch Records and procedures to correctly assemble/package finished goods.
  • Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, or materials to the Production Supervisor or Production Manager.
  • Complete applicable line clearance, compliance and timely completion of training records and execute right first-time batch records with GDP/GMP compliance top of mind
  • Conduct and direct daily, weekly and monthly cleaning protocols of ISO class 6 clean room and anti-room.
  • Assist in product/process development and validation in the clean room environment.
  • Maintain inventory for Clean Room Supplies.

Production Lead – Clean Room Job Requirements:

  • The ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure including whole numbers, common fractions, trigonometry, geometry and decimals; the ability to compute rate, ratio, draft angles and percentages and interpret graphs and statistics
  • A.S. Degree required in Engineering and/or Business.
  • Experienced at Microsoft Office applications with very strong knowledge of Solidworks, Moldworks, or similar 3D CAD software including the ability to manipulate geometry, splines, curves, radii, complex surfaces and solids
  • Color vision with the ability to identify and distinguish colors
  • Good organization and communication skills.

  • Use hand-welding or flame-cutting equipment to weld or join metal components or to fill holes, indentations, or seams of fabricated metal products.
    Welding, MIG, semi-automatic machine; hand and heat straightening of shafts.
    • Cut, contour, and bevel metal plates and structural shapes to dimensions as specified by blueprints, layouts, work orders, and templates, using powered saws, hand shears, or chipping knives.
    • Clamp, hold, tack-weld, heat-bend, grind or bolt component parts to obtain required configurations and positions for welding.
    • Chip or grind off excess weld, slag, or spatter, using hand scrapers or power chippers, portable grinders, or arc-cutting equipment.
    • Check grooves, angles, or gap allowances, using micrometers, calipers, and precision measuring instruments.
    • Recognize, set up, and operate hand and power tools common to the welding trade, such as shielded metal arc and gas metal arc welding equipment.
    • Examine workpieces for defects and measure workpieces with straightedges or templates to ensure conformance with specifications.

Welder Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must have prior automated welding experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.

2nd shift is 4 pm – 2 am Monday -Thursday

Quality Assurance Inspector Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma and/or G.E.D. plus 1+ year quality assurance experience
  • Possess general knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes
  • Mechanically and mathematically adept
  • Possess data entry and computer skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite and ERP applications
  • Occasionally required to push, pull and/or safely lift various pieces of equipment or parts weighing up to 35 pounds from floor to table height
