Clean Room Assembly Job Responsibilities:

  • Follow detailed work instructions, SOPs, Batch Records and procedures to correctly assemble/package finished goods.
  • Complete applicable line clearance, compliance and timely completion of training records and execute right first-time batch records with GDP/GMP compliance top of mind.
  • Conduct and direct daily, weekly and monthly cleaning protocols of ISO class clean room and anti-room.
  • Assist in product/process development and validation in the clean room environment.

Clean Room Assembly Job Responsibilities:

  • Prior Manufacturing Experience
  • Read and understand English
  • The ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure including whole numbers, common fractions, trigonometry, geometry and decimals; the ability to compute rate, ratio, draft angles and percentages and interpret graphs and statistics
  • Intermediate to advanced personal computer skills; experienced at Microsoft Office applications with very strong knowledge and proficient skills in Solidworks, Moldworks, or similar 3D CAD software including the ability to manipulate geometry, splines, curves, radii, complex surfaces and solids
  • Comfort wearing PPE required for a clean room environment

6 am – 6 pm or 6 pm – 6 am Saturday/Sunday schedule. 

 

Weekend Inspection/Injection Molding Operators

  • Inspect plastic injection molded parts for defects and imperfections according to established procedures
  • Weigh, label, bag and box parts that pass inspection and meet quality standards
  • Review supporting product documentation
  • Examine product blueprints as required

This part-time position operates a multiple-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel, greets visitors, and performs various administrative tasks for various departments, including those directly related to Human Resources, Sales, and Executive team support.

Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Answers phone calls, retrieves and takes messages and forwards them to appropriate personnel.
  • Assists with arranging catering, preparing meeting rooms, and other needs for meetings and events.
  • Welcomes visitors, checks them into the facility, alerts the host, and monitors their facility access.
  • Receives, sorts, and routes mail, faxes, and documents to appropriate personnel; maintains mailboxes.
  • Maintains lobby area: restocks snacks/beverages, water plants, maintains a neat appearance, updates welcome board.
  • Assists the Executive staff and Human Resource department with projects and general administrative tasks such as data entry, running reports, filing and copying, drafting letters, sending out anniversary and birthday cards for employees as directed, etc.
  • Assists the Sales department with creating job/proposal folders, assisting in entering new equipment orders, lead distribution, etc.

This position is responsible for overall territory management, proactive inside sales, and thorough customer communication throughout the entire order process. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, the Inside Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining and growing existing customers as well as developing relationships with and securing new customers.

Successful candidates will possess at minimum, an Associates Degree in Business or related field or 3-5 years relevant experience preferably in the converting industry. The ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in written correspondence, with customers and all levels of our organization is a must. Candidates must possess a “can-do” winning attitude and desire to further their skill-set within the organization.
