Accountant

Reporting to the Director of Finance, the responsibilities will include accounts receivable, general ledger work, month-end journal entries, bank reconciliations, and assisting with other projects.

Accountant Job Responsibilities: 

  • Daily delivery of customer orders within ERP and processing/ distribution of customer invoices
  • Maintain billing and accounts receivable and work to improve cash flow
  • Perform general ledger work, monthly bank reconciliations and month-end journal entries
  • Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
  • Help grow internal use of ERP system
  • Assist with month-end reporting and yearly budgeting

Accountant Job Requirements: 

  • Minimum Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1 – 5 years of accounting experience; recent college graduates are also welcome to apply
  • Proficient in Excel and Word; Power BI experience a plus
  • IFS experience a plus
  • Experience working in an ERP system

Technical Support/Parts Sales Associate

Under the direction of the Aftermarket Manager, the Technical Support/Parts Sales Associate provides customer and field service support to assist in troubleshooting through phone, email and text support, as well as specifying and selling repair parts.

Technical Support/Parts Sales Associate Job Responsibilities:

  • Resolves all technical support contacts from customers and from field service.
  • Maintains the technical service support log with all support contacts from customers and field service.
  • Prepares parts quotations based on established prices, or by contacting vendors to obtain costs and to determine mark-ups as required.
  • Conducts research and shares information with service, manufacturing and purchasing to identify old or unknown parts to provide a viable solution to customers’ needs.

Accounts Payable Specialist

Accounts Payable Specialist Job Duties:

  • Responsible for all accounts payable Trade and Non-Trade vouchering, entering, and filing.
  • Prepare and process payments on payables to vendors.
  • Responsible for W-9 Tracking, and 1099 preparation, filing, and reconciliation at Year End.
  • Responsible for Fixed Asset and Capital Expenditure Tracking, including equipment builds, and deposits.
  • Month End Close Responsibilities include reconciling designated accounts, journal entries, and other duties as assigned.
  • Review monthly vendor accounts and outstanding balances.
  • Review and assist in maintaining vendor files for address, remittance, contacts, payment information, and 1099 information.
  • Review and assist in maintaining open purchase orders to ensure completeness of all invoices and payables processed.
  • Work with other departments to ensure a 3-way match for purchase orders, receiving, and invoices for processing transactions.
  • Assist in financial reporting, audits, and other compliance and regulatory requests.

Accounts Payable Specialist Job Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree or higher in accounting or related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, email, and preferably SAGE 500 (previously MAS 500).
  • Experienced bookkeeping and accounting, project coordinating, and administrative skills.

Receptionist

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for the Company, with callers and on-site visitors.  The Receptionist provides administrative support across the organization, e.g., invoicing, A/P, filing, etc.

Receptionist Job Description:

  • Answer Incoming Calls
    • Determine the nature of callers’ business; provide answers to routine questions, direct callers to appropriate department or individual or take messages for the appropriate person(s).
    • Greet walk-in visitors courteously, determine their needs, direct them to the proper person or department.
  • Invoicing and Accounts Payable tasks:
    • Combine bills of lading with the applicable sales order, calculate simple freight charge, enter invoice in computer.
    • Print invoices, send to customers via their preferred method (email, mail, fax).  2-4 hours per day depending on volume of shipments.
  • Enter accounts payable.
    • Review supplier invoices against  POs & receivers.
    • From computer, assign a vendor number, due date (10th or 15th), GL code, tax status.
  • Sort and distribute mail to employees and departments.
  • Occasionally prepare bank deposit—for the ~ 5% of payments received via mail.
  • File invoices and A/P.

Receptionist Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an office support and receptionist role.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Cycle Counter/Warehouse

The Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records through routine cycle counting and reconciliation of raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods within a stainless-steel manufacturing facility.

Cycle Counter Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily and scheduled cycle counts of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
  • Investigate, analyze, and reconcile inventory discrepancies
  • Accurately record count results in the ERP/MRP system
  • Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Shipping to resolve inventory variances
  • Ensure proper identification, labeling, and traceability of materials (heats, lots, serials, etc.)
  • Support compliance with GMP, FDA, and industry-specific quality standards
  • Assist with physical inventories and audits (internal and external)
  • Verify inventory transactions including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and shipments

Cycle Counter Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or materials management in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience working with ERP/MRP systems
  • Basic math skills and ability to interpret inventory data
  • Ability to read and understand work orders, bills of material, and material certifications
  • Experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of GMP, FDA, ISO, or ASME standards
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification

Stainless Steel Polisher

Stainless Steel Polisher Job Responsibilities: 

  • Polish and finish stainless steel parts and fittings to specified surface finishes using grinding, sanding, and buffing tools.
  • Visually inspect parts for welds, pits, scratches, scale, and other surface imperfections.
  • Remove flaws to meet cosmetic and functional standards, blending surfaces as needed.
  • Use appropriate polishing compounds and techniques depending on the material and finish specifications such as ASME BPE, SF1, SF3, SF4,
  • Follow work orders, blueprints, and instructions to achieve proper finish.
  • Maintain and care for polishing equipment, ensuring safe operation and cleanliness of work area.
  • Track and report work performed and time spent on jobs using a computer.
  • Work closely with fabricators, welders, and quality control to ensure standards are met.

Stainless Steel Polisher Job Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in metal finishing or polishing, preferably with stainless steel.
  • Familiarity with various polishing tools and abrasives.
  • Ability to visually detect and assess surface defects.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or fabrication environment is a plus
    Desired skills:
  • Understanding of sanitary or pharmaceutical-grade stainless steel finishing standards.
  • Experience with TIG weld seam blending.
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements related to polishing and grinding.

 

 

 

Quality Inspector

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inspecting stainless steel products, a deep understanding of industry-specific requirements, and proficiency in using basic inspection tools and equipment.

Quality Inspector Responsibilities:

  • Inspect incoming and production stainless steel products to ensure compliance with food and pharmaceutical industry standards, including ASME BPE specifications (preferred).
  • Utilize basic inspection equipment such as calipers, height gauges, profilometers, and other measuring tools.
  • Accurately read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and product specifications.
  • Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to ensure products meet required tolerances and surface finish criteria.
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality checks.
  • Identify and report non-conforming materials or processes to relevant teams for corrective action.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and support continuous improvement efforts.

Quality Inspector Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certification in quality inspection is a plus).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a quality inspector, preferably with stainless steel products.
  • Proficiency in using inspection equipment (calipers, height gauges, profilometers, etc.).
  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Legal Assistant

Legal Assistant Job Responsibilities (may include): 

  • Review arrest reports from law enforcement agencies for accuracy and completeness prior to forwarding to prosecutors.
  • Enter person and case information from arrest reports and traffic citations submitted by law enforcement agencies into the case management/tracking system and assign case numbers;  process fingerprint cards to ensure accurate transmission of arrest data to CIB.
  • Prepare, maintain and track case files, ensuring prosecutors meet court and statutory deadlines;  review incoming mail, police reports, court filings and notices; determine action needed and take appropriate steps in compliance with time limits; review files after each court appearance; determine action needed and take appropriate steps by composing, drafting, and filing court documents, pleadings, legal documents and other correspondence and forms within time limits;  notarize documents when necessary.
  • Obtain and interpret confidential criminal history records, FBI records and DOT records from federal and state agencies;  maintain TIME system certification by completing periodic training and re-certifications as required by CIB; research and interpret the traffic and criminal codes of the Wisconsin State Statutes.
  • Download digital media received from law enforcement agencies  review and attach the digital media to the case management system.
  • Provide discovery materials to defense attorney’s by uploading reports and digital media received from law enforcement to the DEST server (Cerberus).
  • Reserve laboratory analysts and prepare subpoenas for court hearings and trials when necessary.
  • Coordinate and communicate the scheduling and rescheduling of court hearings through the clerk of courts office, and with defense attorneys and other case parties.
  • Coordinate with the Court and the Sheriff’s Office to prepare writs for the transport of defendants and witnesses to court for hearings and trials.
  • Prepare and assemble criminal and civil jury instructions and verdicts; generate letters and questionnaires to jurors after trial.
  • Assist callers and visitors by answering questions regarding departmental and court procedures, services, and case information.
  • Manage, assign and prepare the weekly office calendar to ensure adequate coverage by prosecutors for all court hearings/appointments;  enter and update annual calendar meetings in database for prosecutors.
  • Prepare and submit County Facilities work orders.
  • Prepare Governor’s Warrant extradition forms, detainer forms, and appointment of special prosecutor forms.
  • Ensure the domestic data in the case management system is complete and accurate prior to submission to the DOJ for Annual Domestic Abuse Reporting.
  • Respond to Background/Firearm Eligibility checks received from DOJ, CIB or other law enforcement agencies.
  • Provide back up the department Cerberus Coordinator;  establish new and manage existing Cerberus user accounts for all users; answer all Cerberus related questions from law enforcement, defense attorneys and other agency personnel;  investigate and resolve issues encountered by users.

Legal Assistant Job Requirements:

  • High school plus two additional years of formal preparation and two to three years of relevant prior experience.
  • Preference given to candidates with knowledge of criminal law, legal terminology, court procedures and the criminal justice system.
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Ability to complete this 6 month temporary position

Quality Lab Technician

The Quality Lab technician will analyze concentrate for color/quality against client specifications

 Quality Lab Technician Responsibilities:

  • Weigh-up and mix batches, and produce color chips using a mill, and injection or blow-molding machines.
  • Evaluate color / quality against client specs and/or the spectrophotometer.
  • Make adjustments to colors not within tolerance
  • Assist with sample production, various product tests (i.e., melt-flow, ash test, moisture analysis, etc).

 Quality Lab Technician Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 1-2 years prior experience in a lab environment preferred and plastics industry experience highly desirable
  • Ability to see color accurately, math and measurements proficiency.
  • Ability to lift 10 to 20 lbs. frequently, 20-40 lbs. occasionally and over 40 lbs. with assistance if required.

Training will occur on 1st shift for 6-8 weeks.
