Compounding Production Operator Job Duties:

  • Set up, operate and monitor equipment used to mix/produce and package products.
  • Measure, weigh, mix and process chemical ingredients.
  • Monitor batches for quality and food safety parameters.
  • Record production, sanitation and test data
  • Draw samples for quality tests
  • Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils and work areas.

Compounding Production Operator Requirements: 

  • Must be able to lift 60 lbs., stand, bend and reach for prolong periods of time and climb stairs and ladders
  • Will operator forklifts, agitators, homogenizers and drum tippers
  • Comfortable working with chemicals and other bonding agents

 

Records Clerk – Quality Admin

Records Clerk – Quality Admin Job Responsibilities: 

  • Scanning hard copy records, titling, and saving to network folders.
  • Organizing hard copy records to banker boxes for assignment to the storage area.
  • Reorganizing network files per instructions
  • Refile or recycle office expired non product office documents, standards.
  • Labeling sample retains and placing in storage area, logging locations of them.

Records Clerk – Quality Admin Job Requirements:

  • Basic computer literacy with ability to navigate windows file explorer and drag and drop files and able to operate basic office equipment.
  • Detail oriented to ensure pages are scanned cleanly and in full without missing pages.

** This is a part-time temporary position with flexible hours between the 8am – 5 pm office hours. **

 

Machine Operator

Injection Mold Operator Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines and secondary lathes, grinders, punch and drill presses.
  • Inspect molded silicone parts for visual defects, flash, or dimensional inconsistencies.
  • Trim excess material (flash), demold components, and package finished batches safely.

Injection Mold Operator Job Requirements: 

  • Injection Mold Operator candidate must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods of time, ability to read and understand written instructions. Basic math skills

**3rd shift training will occur on 1st shift up to two weeks**

Machine Operator

Machine Operator Responsibilities:
  • Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to meet daily output goals
  • Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and tolerances
  • Conduct basic machine maintenance, adjustments, and troubleshooting
  • Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, or production schedules
  • Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors promptly
Machine Operator Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a CNC machine operator or in a manufacturing /production environment preferred
  • Ability to read basic blueprints, work orders, or technical documents
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Production Operator

Production Operator Job Duties:

  • Set up, operate, and monitor equipment used for producing and packaging products.
  • Measure, weigh, mix, and process chemical ingredients following established procedures to create finished products.
  • Monitor batches for quality and food safety parameters, including Critical Control Points and Control Points.
  • Record production, sanitation and test data accurately and legibly.
  • Draw samples of products for quality tests.
  • Fill containers with chemical products for sale or internal use.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work areas according to company procedures.
  • Participate in cycle counts on a batch-by-batch basis.
  • Loading and unloading trucks and bulk tankers

Production Operator Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift 60 pounds repetitively.
  • Must be able to stand, bend, and reach for prolonged periods of time.
  • Must be able to climb stairs and ladders repetitively.
  • Must be able to safely and effectively operate production-related machinery including, but not limited to: forklifts, agitators, homogenizers, and drum tippers.

Technical Support/Parts Sales Associate

Under the direction of the Aftermarket Manager, the Technical Support/Parts Sales Associate provides customer and field service support to assist in troubleshooting through phone, email and text support, as well as specifying and selling repair parts.

Technical Support/Parts Sales Associate Job Responsibilities:

  • Resolves all technical support contacts from customers and from field service.
  • Maintains the technical service support log with all support contacts from customers and field service.
  • Prepares parts quotations based on established prices, or by contacting vendors to obtain costs and to determine mark-ups as required.
  • Conducts research and shares information with service, manufacturing and purchasing to identify old or unknown parts to provide a viable solution to customers’ needs.
  • Interfaces with engineering, production, and materials in order to quote fabrication jobs.
  • Follows up with potential customers and secures orders.
  • Receives and reviews purchase orders.
  • Prepares sales contracts for orders obtained.
    Estimates and communicates delivery dates to customers for parts orders.
  • Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into the computer database.
  • Tracks and processes back orders, notifying proper personnel as to availability.
  • Fields complaints concerning billing or service rendered to designated departments for investigation.
  • Recommends services and/or preventive maintenance to customers on an ongoing basis.

Technical Support/Parts Sales Associate Job Requirements:

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have the knowledge or ability to learn the following:  Salesforce (or other CRM programs),  Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Chat, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Epicor (or other ERP system).
  • Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and other subassemblies, as well as ability to read and identify components on mechanical and utility drawings/prints.
  • Effectively comprehend and respond to external and internal customer needs and requests in a timely manner.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to use telephone, fax machine, copy machine, scanner, and computer.
  • Lean Manufacturing or Lean Office experience is a plus.

 

Material Handler

Material Handler Job Description:

  • Moves material between warehouse and production area.
  • Utilize RF scanners to track product
  • Drive Standup and sit down forklifts
  • Performs other duties as needed – dispose/bail scrap trim, cleaning in accordance with SQF compliance.

Material Handler Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience operating a forklift.
    Ability to come in early or stay late to cover for other shifts

Hours are 2 – 10 pm

 

Quality Inspection

Quality Inspection Position Responsibilities: 

  • Inspector will perform first piece verification at start-up of shift through inspection of final assembly.
  • Interpret electronic process to ensure accuracy in assembly.
  • Diagnose and correct rejects per ISO standards

Quality Inspector Requirements: 

  • Inspection experience in an electronics setting or equivalent electronics background.
  • Excellent soldering and repair skills understanding the use of different size tips, solder wire, components and polarity, placement of parts, removing and replacing small components, troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills to help train coworkers.
