Perform necessary operations on a variety of plastic injection molding presses to produce quality components at a predetermined standard.
Plastic Injection Mold Operator:
- Perform necessary operations to mold components including proper placement and removal of inserts and removal of part.
 - Perform secondary operations such as removing spurs and knockouts, sonic welding, deburring, machining, and minor assembly and packaging.
 - Perform in-process quality checks and communicate non-conformances to proper personnel.
 - employee is required to work from verbal instructions, written work instructions and quality plans with minimal supervision.
 - Productivity reporting and Quality audit reporting.
 
Plastic Injection Mold Operator Requirements:
- Comfort with or experience utilizing:
 
- Hand tools/Power tools/Air tools
 - Sonic welders
 - Drill presses
 - Arbor presses
 - Pallet jacks
 - Mills
 - Various fixtures
 - Measuring equipment/Scale
 - Grinders
 
- Must be able to stand for an 8-10 hour shift.
 - High School diploma/GED
