Customer Service/Shipping & Receiving Job Description:
- Answer phones, greet visitors
- Process orders by phone, fax, email, and web
- Resolve problems for customers
- Invoice and fill orders accurately
- Stock product shelves as needed
o Receive stock into inventory – edit in QuickBooks
o Move stock from quarantine to stock ready for sale – edit in QB - Be sales assistant to retailers, sales reps, and schools as needed
- Use Word, Excel; format documents; make forms or reports
- Order office supplies
- Back up shipping as needed, including
o Check out going orders for accuracy, pack, label and ship orders
