Inspection/Quality Job Description:

• Inspects processed parts from internal departments and outside processors for compliance to print specifications.
• Selects proper job folder with current print inspection reports, measuring guidelines and list of measuring equipment.
• Pulls appropriate sample size as indicated by the sampling plan for each specific job and characteristic to be inspected.
• Measures parts per inspection plans and documents results as required.
• Approves or rejects parts.

Inspection/Quality Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of decimals and fractions and normal reading skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Knowledge of and experience with quality lab equipment, measuring devises and gauges.   The most common include, but are not limited to, micrometers, calipers, indicators, optical comparators, plug gauges, thread gauges, ring gauges, and depth gauges,  These gauges are both analog and digital, in inches and metric.
• Infrequent lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds

This position completes tasks that aren’t complex enough to require certified professionals, but will be technical enough to require general knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Property Maintenance Technician Job Description:

• Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor will complete resident work orders.
• Tasks will include painting and staining, minor electrical, plumbing and carpentry tasks.
• Will install and monitor winter watch and maintenance program
• Keep daily record of tasks performed

Property Maintenance Technician Requirements:

• Tasks will require employee to crawl, work in cramped areas and be outside in inclement weather.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis
• Due to cyclical nature of the business, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
• Requires good verbal and written communication skills
• Skills in the technical aspects of repair, construction and residential maintenance are required.

Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments. Prepare items for shipment. Duties include assembling, addressing, stamping, and shipping merchandise or material; receiving, unpacking, verifying and recording incoming merchandise or material; and arranging for the transportation of products.

• Determine shipping methods, routes, or rates for materials to be shipped.
• Examine shipment contents and compare with records such as manifests, invoices, or orders to verify accuracy.
• Pack, seal, label, or affix postage to prepare materials for shipping, using hand tools, power tools, or postage meter.
• Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders, to route materials.
• Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies for reporting, accounting, or recordkeeping purposes.
• Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock.

Candidate will need to have forklift and manufacturing shipping experience

Quality Assurance Responsibilities:

• Develop and conduct a variety of tests on inbound materials from vendors, Work in progress & outbound products for shipping.
• Ensure that all of the quality check procedures put in place by the company are followed during every production phase.
• Create comprehensive documentation for quality issues and note the corrective actions that were taken.
• Educate production team on quality control issues and work with departmental managers to improve overall company product quality.
• Provides final approval and closes boxes for finished product.

Quality Assurance Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Must possess excellent communication skills. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
• Proven history of understanding industry quality expectations.
• Strong understanding of raw materials and the manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in basic metrology skills using hand measuring devices such as tape measure, caliper & micrometer.

Shipping and Receiving Clerk Responsibilities :

• Loading and unloading trucks
• Locating production product to FGI
• Picking product for shipments
• Entering data in our ERP system (IQMS)
• Lifting to 50 lbs.
• Palletizing an wrapping product(s) for shipping
• Maintain accurate inventory and perform cycle counts

Packaging/Production Job Description:

1. Work on an assembly line -assembling the materials to produce products from raw material
2. Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages.
3. Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes and palletize

Packaging/Production Job Requirements:

1. The position is in the factory and could involve sitting, standing, walking and lifting for long periods of time throughout the day.
2. The position may involve some heavy lifting – must be able to lift 50 pounds.
3. Ability to keep up with fast paced packaging
4. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
