Summary: Performs work on all work centers within the Pin Loom Cell (Red, Orange, Umber, Silver and any new loom as well as related support (Flyer) activities within the cell). Facilitates all operations through; efficient job sheet review, set-ups, weaving operations, inspections, teamwork and documentation as directed by the Production Supervisor or Shift Cell Lead by performing the following duties.

Education / Experience: High School Diploma or equivalency. Ability to read a tape measure accurately is required. Machine set up and/or production experience is helpful.
Knowledge and skills:
- Ability to operate a forklift and use basic shop hand tools, micrometers and calipers is required.
- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, divide and read a tape measure with a high level of accuracy.
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions and able to read, write and speak English. Accurate communication skills are critical.
- Must be self motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure. Also cooperate within a team oriented environment, assisting others as appropriate.
