Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant Position Description:

  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies, factory consumable items, and specialty items not purchased through our ERP system as needed. Must be able to lift and carry packages, as well as stock purchased items in proper locations.
  • Assist with travel planning and bookings for management staff.
  • Greet visitors and maintain awareness of reception area, as well as provide general support to visitors. Including: Collecting and maintaining NDAs, ensuring visitors sign the guest log, and all other support as requested.
  • Coordinate with service vendors on office equipment repairs, cleaning, shredding, garbage services, landscaping, etc.
  • Support engineering team with requests for project folders, labels, and other clerical needs.
  • Process customer applications for credit.
  • Complete new vendor forms as needed/requested.
  • Prepare and monitor invoices for shipped product and follow up with customers with past due account balances as required.
  • Match pack slips with vendor invoices.
  • Pick-up, open, sort and distribute incoming mail.
  • Provide internal support for all trade events, symposiums and conferences.
  • Assist management with day to day clerical requirements
  • Assist VP of Sales with clerical marketing & communication needs.

Administrative Assistant Position Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years relevant work experience in an office environment .
  • Strong written and verbal control of the English language, ability to communicate effectively with others and be clearly understood.
  • Preference given to candidates with an Associates degree in accounting or business.

Administrative- Medical Staff Service Coordinator

Medical Staff Service Provider Job Description:

  • Responsible for the day to day coordination of the medical staff functions, which includes preparing for meetings, coordinating the credentialing and privileging process, participating in quality assessment and improvement activities which may include peer review, Focused Professional Practice Evaluation (FPPE) and Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation (OPPE).
  • Provides support to leadership and information to the Credentials Committee, Medical Executive Committee and the Governing Board regarding credentialing/privileging and medical staff corrective actions.

CNC Machinist

  • Perform operations necessary to face, turn, bore, chamfer, groove, thread, drill, tap and wash a variety of materials and parts.
  • Set-up machines where detail and operating procedures are standardized and obvious.

Maintenance Technician

Perform a wide range of maintenance, welding, fabricating and repairs to machines and equipment to support manufacturing operations.

Maintenance Technician Job Description:

  • Develop and execute Machine Preventative Maintenance Schedules on all types of welding, fabricating, molding press, CNC and assembly equipment.
  • Determine root cause of maintenance issues. Suggest and execute necessary improvements.  Root Cause Analysis training a plus.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic problems on machinery and equipment to determine the extent and method of repairs and/or replacement of worn or defective parts and establish a troubleshooting process based on findings.
  • Perform a wide variety of repairs and/or fabrications on various machines and production equipment such as: welding, testing and assembly equipment, molding presses, CNC equipment, etc.
  • Work from prints, schematics, drawings and sketches. Including air, hydraulic and electrical prints
  • Work with Manufacturing Engineer on various maintenance related issues.
  • Order replacement parts and materials and maintain inventories

Maintenance Technician Job Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years experience.

  • Must be able to work overtime including Saturdays
  • Employee is required to work from verbal instructions, written work instructions and quality plans with minimal supervision.
  • Forklift operation-certification preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Welding, mechanical, electrical (D/C) and hydraulic experience or formal training required.

Shipping Coordinator

This position is responsible for handling all manual, clerical and computer related duties for receiving, storing, issuing and delivering component materials and shipping finished products to customers. Maintains computerized records for tracking inventory and follows procedures to ensure database accuracy. Ability to process both domestic and international shipments.

Shipping Coordinator Job Description

  1. Count, weigh or measure incoming materials and compare identifying information against bills of lading or other records; examine incoming shipments for damage or shortages
  2. Process receipts in computer system and assign and enter material lot numbers as needed
  3. Process material issuance to the shop floor; record appropriate inventory transactions
  4. Retrieve production from staging area, assign lot numbers and move finished product to warehouse or shipping locations. Record all transactions including production reconciliation
  5. Monitor customer open order report; pick finish goods to satisfy customer orders and process all transactions and related shipping documents
  6. Operate material handling equipment to move stock or reorganize storage
  7. Help develop and maintain procedures for inventory control and database accuracy
  8. Complete cycle counting program according to established procedure

Shipping Coordinator Job Requirements:

  2. Skill in operating forklift and other material handling equipment
  3. The ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure including whole numbers, common fractions and decimals

Pad Printer Technician

  • Operate pad printing equipment according to all established procedures and standards, producing high-quality and precise printed materials
  • Complete daily pad printing record identifying down time, production problems/ resolutions, and recording any inventory issued into production or finished product produceds

Maintenance Assistant

Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on all production and lab equipment.

  1. Maintain all lab and production equipment
    1. Molding machines, mixers, extrusion machines, forklifts, floor scrubbers, etc.
    2. Typical building / facility upkeep
  2. Daily duties include:
    1. Forklift inspection, documentation, and repair if necessary.
    2. Documentation on log sheets of all shift maintenance activity.
    3. Work orders completed and are turned in for all assigned or emergency repairs completed.
  3. Perform preventative maintenance on all lab and production equipment as assigned.
  4. Ensure maintenance areas are kept clean.
  5. Interface regularly with Office, Lab, Production, and Materials supervision to review specific needs with regard to repair needs, follow-up on repairs made, and janitorial issues.

Maintenance Assistant Job Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Must have own tools.
  3. Must be mechanically inclined.
  4. High level of experience includes:  hydraulics, pneumatics, metal fabrication, welding, forklifts, strong electrical diagnostics, trouble shooting, wiring, repair, and forklift repair, etc.
  5. Excellent verbal and legible written communication skills as they pertain to dealing with and understanding employee machine malfunction concerns or issues, dealing with employee issues,  documenting job progress in logs and in training or re-training staff members.
  6. Outstanding attendance, judgment, organizational, and problem solving skills.
  7. General knowledge of OSHA, NFPA and other Safety Regulations, and in the frequent use of personal protective equipment.  (HazCom, LockOut/TagOut, Respiratory and Electrical Safety, etc.)
  8. Frequent walking and standing is required. Occasional climbing up and down ladders or platforms, work at elevated heights, and other physical activity to include:   bending, squatting, twisting, and upward/downward reaching.
  9. Lift or carry 10 to 25 pounds frequently, 25 to 70 pounds occasionally, lift or push up to 100 lbs. or more occasionally (using “buddy” system for higher weights)
