Upholstery Pattern Cutter

Position Functions:

  • Prepare patterns, cut and sew upholstered furniture fabrics for a variety of custom furniture products.
  • Develop an understanding of what a high-end customer expects regarding quality and identify/communicate issues with product.
  • Repair and rework any part of product.
  • Assist in preparing products for shipment when needed.
  • Responsible for cleaning and minor maintenance on equipment.
  • Must be able to watch for defects in components and raise quality issues immediately.

Qualifications:

  • Use and knowledge of commercial sewing machines a plus.
  • Able to regularly lift and carry up to 35 lbs regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.
  • Must have strong math skills and excellent communication skills.
  • Preferred: High school diploma/GED and 1 year commercial sewing experience

Hours are Monday – Thursday 6 am – 4:30 pm

Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative serves as the initial point of contact for service inquiries and customer order issues via email, telephone, internet, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and fax. The Customer Service Representative will interact with individuals at all levels within other organizations, from expediters to presidents.  Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Distribution counterparts to process orders.

Customer Service Job Description:

  • Take and expedite orders, and updates on order status to customers.
  • Process orders and workflows to ensure timeliness of releasing blocked orders to allow timely order entry, correspondence, shipment, return authorization and credit memorandums
  • Participate in procedure development, testing system upgrades and special projects as needed to support continuous improvements in service and delivery
  • Manage customer expectations and dialogue in a professional and positive manner, driving a positive experience for all customers
  • Provide daily reporting of open items and completed work to staff

Customer Service Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work under limited supervision
  • 3+ years’ work experience in a related field preferred (i.e., Customer Service, Distribution, Sales)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; ability to use Microsoft Excel formula, charts, etc.
  • Working knowledge Supply Chain related software (i.e., ERP)

Logistics Coordinator

  • The Production Stamper puts the final touches on tires and wheels.
  • Set up and use equipment such as dot peen, ink stamper and hand stamper.
  • Cleans and performs inspection of machined products and detects and reports defective materials
  • Read routers and verify accuracy of filling routers.
  • Stage and stack wheels and tires.
  • Setup skids and boxes per customer requirements.
  • Drives a forklift to place full and partial skids and boxes appropriately.
  • Restock supplies, skids and boxes.
  • Completes and maintains paperwork.

  • The position requires frequent lifting, reaching, pushing and pulling objects that are up to 50 lbs.
