The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate staff members, taking messages as well as additional clerical duties.
Receptionist Job Description:
- Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate staff member
- Greets and directs visitors
- Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail. Maintains and routes publications. Ensures all mail is postmarked and placed in mailbox daily
- Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Responsible for all company mass mailings
- Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating
Receptionist Job Requirements:
- Above average written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Valid Drivers License
