  • Conduct maintenance and grounds keeping
  • Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety regulations
  • Support the Property Manager to ensure Property is well kept.
  • Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
  • Inspect alarm systems such as carbon dioxide and fire protection and quickly schedule repairs when needed
  • Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide

Property Maintenance Technician Job Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and other systems, carpentry skills are a plus

The Accounting Clerk position prepares, maintains, and processes accounting records and financial transactions through the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Customer Invoicing Systems.

Accounting Clerk Job Duties:

Manages Accounts Payable System

  • Review unit of measure, quantity, warehouse receiver, and purchase order and match to vendor invoice
  • Perform audit, reconciliation, and problem solving requirements for authorization of payment
  • Process invoices for payment based on “approval for payment” packet and “aged payables” report
  • Generate and process checks, pay on-line, or authorize credit card payments.

Manage Accounts Receivable System

  • Post customer checks and electronic payments against open invoices
  • Manage Customer Invoice System including: price auditing, payment and freight terms, invoice and statement distribution.

Other duties can include

  • Petty cash administration
  • UPS/Fedex
  • Employee expense reporting
  • Corporate credit card monthly audit and reconciliation

 

The ideal Accounting Clerk Candidate will possess the following:
