Production – Glue Line Operators

Position Objective:

To produce quality laminate tops through the glue line curing process while meeting established rates of production.

Position Functions:

  • Ability to setup and operate industrial glue line (oven system) including loading large scale wood/laminate materials.
  • Responsible for quality control and inspection of materials produced by this function.
  • Responsible for producing at the established production rates.
  • Responsible for minor maintenance of equipment as needed.
  • The job is working with messy adhesive and next to a hot oven.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) necessary.
  • Strong communication skills necessary.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Able to understand blueprints, routers, production, and inventory documents.
  • Able to operate power and manual material handling equipment.

Hours are Monday – Thursday 6 am – 4:30 pm

Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist

Chemistry Lab Technician

This position supports manufacturing operations to provide real-time technical assistance for the Compounding department.

Chemistry Lab Technician Job Duties:

  • Determine compound acceptance based on analytical tests using equipment such as rheometers and tensometers and provide real-time feedback to the mixing team.
  • Document test failures using the NCR process.  Work with team and department manager to troubleshoot root cause of failure and determine final disposition.
  • Complete test reports and enter data as required by manager.
  • Assist Engineers with material test data and maintaining records to support New Product Launch and Process Improvement Projects.
  • Perform daily titrations and changeover solutions to support ongoing R&D immersion testing.

Chemistry Lab Technician Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma (Associates degree a plus)
  • 1-2 years of laboratory testing experience desired
  • Strong math and analytical skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with co-workers at all levels and functions.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Intermediate level performance in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Accounts Receivable

Prepares, records, verifies, analyzes and reports accounts receivable transactions, and posts journal entries on a timely basis.  Maintains and reconciles accounts receivable ledger accounts and reports.

Accounts Receivable Job Description:

  • Posts customer payments on a timely basis.
  • Maintains and reconciles accounts receivable ledger accounts and reports.
  • Adheres to accounts receivable policies and procedures, and ensures external and internal controls and policies are adhered to.
  • Assists in identifying potential problem accounts and sends follow-up correspondence.
  • May assist Project Managers and other colleagues with miscellaneous paperwork and reporting.
  • Completes bank reconciliations and journal entries.

Machine Operator

Maintenance Technician

  • The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must regularly lift/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 25 pounds.

May require overtime and weekend work.
