Administrative Clerk Job Description:
- Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages.
- Take and receipt court payments
- Answering general inquiries from attorneys and the public
- Open new family and small claims cases in case management system
- Processing temporary restraining orders and injunctions
- Accept, file, distribute pleadings
- File fees for a wide variety of court case types
- Perform scanning and filing.
Administrative Clerk Job Requirements:
- Prior clerical experience required. preference given to someone with legal experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Above average verbal and written communication skills
