Customer Service Job Description:
- Professionally handle high volume (inbound/outbound) phone calls, chats, and emails
- Ability to work in a fast working environment and be able to multitask with prioritization
- Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess, and fulfill customer needs and educate customers where applicable regarding products and services
- Assist customers over the phone/chat/email with assembly/issues/concerns
- Complete and assist with sales credits, warranty issues, and order entering
- Enthusiastically and actively participates in day to day functions and projects
- Technical Aptitude: Understands design and components of ready-to-assemble furniture and comfortable assembling furniture as part of training process.
Customer Service Requirements:
- 3-5 years of customer service/call center experience
- Strong decision making and analytical abilities
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
