Custodial/ Facility Tech

Custodial/ Facility Tech Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain office, warehouse and manufacturing facility.
  • Maintain parking lots and sidewalks during winter months with snowplow truck or snow blowing.
  • Order cleaning supplies, maintain safety data sheets for each.
  • Assist with feeder repairs or other mechanical repairs.
  • Train others in safe forklift operation.
  • Assist in setup of meetings and/or special events.

Custodial/ Facility Tech Requirements:

  • Two to three years in a custodian, janitorial, maintenance, or self-run business role.
  • Valid Driver’s license

Schedule of hours can be flexible and will be agreed upon with candidate at start date.  Salary based on experience. Part-time Administrative Clerk Job Description:

  • Perform reception duties during office hours including processing mail, answering phones, faxing, typing, copying, filing, scanning and data entry.
  • Prepare purchase requisitions, process procurement card payments, review and maintain accounts, and track transactions for all County IT purchases.
  • Process all invoice and payment receipts for technology purchases through the County financial software.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of procurement card statement.
  • Receive payments, match against invoices and prepare and post deposits for IT.
  • Receive mileage and travel expense information and verify against monthly statements.
  • Generate Return Materials Authorizations as required.
  • Maintain inventory of technology fixed assets.

  • Proven experience in ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals as well as ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Prior accounts payable experience preferred
  • Above average data entry and Microsoft Excel knowledge.
