  • Ensure machines are well-oiled.
  • Ensure that non-conforming parts are accounted for properly.

Machine Operator Job Requirements:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, and listening)
  • Ability to use basic and precision measuring instruments

1st shift flex hours, 9 hour days Monday – Thursday and 4 hours on Friday

2nd shift is 2 pm – midnight Monday – Thursday

$16/hr, more for experienced machinists

Opportunities include:

Cast room operators – Fill warm metal molds with liquid polyurethane and once it cures, release the product from it’s mold.  Can be a physical job.

CNC and Lathe operators – Use CNC machines to trim wheels so they operate smoothly.

Stampers – Clean the wheels and tires, set up and use equipment such as dot peen and ink stamper, inspects products for quality, read routers and verify accuracy, drive a forklift, restock supplies and other misc. duties.

While performing the duties of these jobs you will be required to bend, reach, lift items, sort and perform repetitive motions.  They are active jobs and you will be standing on your feet through the day.

Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic

Maintenance Mechanic Job Description:

  • Troubleshoot, maintain and install Mechanical, Electrical and Hydraulic systems to provide the maximum uptime possible.
  • Respond to work orders, troubleshoot equipment, and identify manpower, parts and tools to complete repairs.
  • Execute preventive maintenance work orders, including providing required documentation.
  • Work with Engineering Team members on new equipment installations and equipment upgrades.
  • Work on a variety of improvement projects as identified by supervisors, employees and within the maintenance department.
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, welding equipment and material handling equipment to perform duties.

Maintenance Mechanic Job Requirements:

  • 5-10 years’ experience in an Industrial Maintenance role.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • An Industrial Maintenance degree or certification is a plus!
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently to carry out repairs or assignments.
  • An ability to be on the move and active within your role; this includes lifting/carrying 10 – 40lbs.

  • Perform general maintenance
  • Janitorial responsibilities for plant and office areas including mopping floors, operate floor scrubber, clean bathrooms, plant garbage collection
  • Identify & dump turnings / solid scrap in designated containers
  • Drain liquids into designated containers
  • Schedule scrap pickup, complete packing slip

  • Operate & maintain fork truck & manual lift
  • Perform filter changes throughout facility: HVAC, smog hog, air compressor, machines
