Electro/Mechanical Technician

Electro/Mechanical Technician Job Description:

  • Assemble and prepare sub-assemblies of fabricated parts and equipment working from blueprints or product specifications using standard hand and power tools.
  • Test and calibrate completed units to ensure parts and mechanisms meet product specifications.
  • Perform final inspection on assembled and tested equipment.
  • May rebuild and repair customer con rods.
  • Travel occasionally to customer sites to assist in service calls or perform routine job duties.

Electro/Mechanical Technician Job Requirements:

  • Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
  • experience with specialized tools and measuring instruments.
  • Basic electrical and mechanical skills and previous machine shop experience helpful

Maintenance Mechanic – Manufacturing

Maintenance Mechanic Job Duties:

  • Perform maintenance support plant wide for machine repair and general machine maintenance.
  • Execute Preventative Maintenance on high-speed packaging equipment and machinery, specifically pick and place robots, baggers, cartoners, and palletizers.
  • Fabricate guarding and brackets for equipment.
  • Rebuild packaging equipment to manufacturer’s recommendations.
  • Replace and install threaded pipe, copper piping (soldered and compression fittings) and PVC as required.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electrical equipment.

Maintenance Mechanic Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of LOTO and GMP guidelines.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
  • 3-5 years of experience required.
  • Boiler room, air compressor, and HVAC experience helpful.
  • Hands-on experience in processing and high-speed packaging in the food industry is a plus.

2nd shift hours are 3:15 pm-1:45 am Monday through Thursday. Fridays mandatory September – December.

 

Accounts Payable Specialist

Under the direction of the Controller, the Sr. Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for maintaining all related aspects of supplier accounts.

Accounts Payable Specialist Job Duties:

  • Analyze and enter supplier invoices, resolve discrepancies, and prepare for payment
  • Prepare and print checks for suppliers in order to maintain current accounts
  • Formulate, examine, and maintain reports related to supplier accounts and/or accounts payable
  • Review, analyze and enter employee expense reports
  • Analyze, calculate, and prepare WI Sales and Use tax returns
  • Review and maintain accounts payable aging report
  • Review supplier statements and resolve discrepancies timely
  • Perform related account reconciliations and investigate/resolve variances
  • Enter and maintain electronic and paper supplier master files
  • Prepare and file annual supplier 1099s
  • Discuss and resolve past due balances with suppliers, if necessary
  • Complete end of month closing duties

Accounts Payable Specialist Job Requirements:

  • High School graduate or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred
  • At least eight (8) years of experience in accounting or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of other Windows-based computer applications

MIG Welders

Position Summary:

Production cell welding environment, light weight tubing (MIG welding) producing quality weldments for mobile furniture.

Position Functions:

  • To set up, operate, and adjust all welding equipment.
  • Move material as required while performing assigned tasks using powered and manual equipment.
  • Responsible for minor maintenance on equipment.

Position Expectations:

  • Must be able to weld table bases in cell environment
  • Responsible for quality control and inspection of materials produced by this function.

Qualifications:

  • Welding Certification strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of two years full-time MIG welding experience required.
  • Ability to understand blueprints, production schedules, and inventory processes a must.

Quality Inspector

Quality Inspector Job Description: 

  1. Read geometric dimensions and tolerance characteristics and symbols
  2. Ability to read blueprints and interpret complex 2D drawings, and compare work pieces against one another to assess variations
  3. Able to locate reference points on parts and measure dimension such as angles, arc, and radii, using combination of measurement tools.
  4. New products, products produced with new tooling, tooling repair, perform first piece layouts and report findings on layouts.
  5. Performs complete layout inspections by measuring dimensions, such as length, height, and distance between reference points. Using precision instruments, micrometer, caliper, dial indicator, optical comparator and CMM to ensure product meets specifications.
  6. Perform daily quality first piece, frequency, & final piece inspection for production runs.
  7. Oversee company calibration program, perform Gage R/R and annual calibration requirements
  8. Deliver training to inspectors/ operators and other production personnel.

Quality Inspector Job Requirements: 

  1. High School diploma or equivalent GED – FDA / ISO 13485 or ISO-9001 experience preferred.
  2. Ability to use quality tools and equipment including calipers, micrometer, depth micrometer, indicators, gage pins, gage blocks, height and pin gages, coordinate measurement machine (CMM) or precision optical equipment
  3. Five years relevant work experience in inspection and measurement in a FDA / ISO 13485 medical manufacturing environment preferred. Will consider ISO-9001 environment.

Supply Chain Generalist

The Supply Chain Generalist completes a variety of administrative tasks and provides support to the Supply Chain teams with a primary focus on Purchasing and Planning functions.

Supply Chain Generalist Responsibilities:

  • Understand the day-to-day manufacturing planning processes through daily hands-on involvement with Customer Service, Master Scheduling and Production teams.
  • Place supply and MRO Purchase Orders and confirm delivery dates
  • Develop and publish various reports relative to the Supply Chain that measure progress against target metrics that include but are not limited to: freight expense, inventory reports, supplier cost reductions, continuous improvement initiatives, year to date spend and others upon request by supervisor.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 3 to 5 years related work experience.
