PCB (Printed Circuit Board) Technician Job Requirements:

  • Familiar with in-circuit testing processes and equipment (ICT)
  • Prior experience with electronics problem solving and repair AND maintaining and modifying test platforms
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Good visual acuity (spending 8+ hours on microscope) Ability to manipulate small parts, requiring good dexterity
  • Prefer an experienced solder trainer that is IPC certified
  • 2 year technical degree and knowledge of Aegis and SQL

Accounts Payable Clerk

**2-3 MONTH CONTRACT POSITION**

Accounts Payable Clerk Job Description:

  • Process accounts payable transactions in a timely manner; process invoices as received and filing all related documents
  • Matching invoices to receivers and purchase orders and investigating discrepancies found with vendors.
  • Perform Monthly Accounts Payable Accrual, assigned journal entries and reconciliations
  • Investigate old or unusual items included in accounts payable and uninvoiced receivers.
  • Reporting and follow up with vendors that submit invoices.

Accounts Payable Clerk Job Requirements:

  • 3 years’ experience in an Accounts Payable role or related position.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.

Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist

Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the entry and payment of all incoming material, maintenance, and supply invoices.
  • Submit accurate Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable reports weekly to the Controller’s office.
  • Monitor all Accounts Payable invoices for accuracy and distribute them to supervisors for approval.
  • Maintain the vendor file for completeness and accuracy updating information as necessary.
  • Process monthly sales and use tax return.
  • Issue sales tax exemption forms and Credit Reference letters to vendors as necessary
  • Pull and tally invoices for weekly accounts payable check run.
  • Process all accounts receivable receipts.
  • Call past due customers on a weekly basis to update payment status of receivables. Work with customers and CSRs to resolve any differences between billing and payment amounts.
  • Reconcile customer consignment usage to inventories.

Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Two-three years accounts payable experience and knowledge of basic accounting principles preferred.
  • Two-year associate degree in accounting preferred or relevant work experience and certifications

Maintenance Technician III

The level III Maintenance Technician performs mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting and repairs, preventive maintenance, and retrofit/rebuild equipment. Ability to maintain, repair, improve building grounds and facility.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

  • Performs entry to high-level repair and preventative maintenance. Has the ability to operate machinery and technical equipment, and in-depth knowledge of systems maintenance.
  • Ability to rig and move heavy equipment.
    Trouble shoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC problems.
  • Assist on remote troubleshooting with manufacturers of our equipment.
  • Contact and schedule work with outside contractors.
    Able to perform installation process of new equipment including notifying departments regarding new equipment and completion of IQ maintenance section.
  • Generate preventative maintenance on existing and new equipment.
  • Able to maintain structure, mechanicals, electrical, HVAC of the building and infrastructure.
  • Fabricate and weld Guards, fixtures, machine repairs (MIG/TIG/SMAW/OAW Plasma/Flame cutting/grinding) to include pre and post heating procedures to support manufacturing needs.
  • Perform minor plumbing repairs, ability to thread, sweat, glue, and install pipe.
  • Maintain and develop spare parts inventory and logs.
  • Well versed in the application center apps that support the job including online request, maintenance order app, machine files and documentation.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

  • Experience of PLC programming, electrical schematics, hydraulic motors, and automation experience is preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to use basic hand tools.
  • Able to operate forklift and scissor lift.
  • Qualified to work on equipment with electrical systems to 480VAC.
  • LOTO, and Arc Flash training
  • Ability to read basic measuring devices such as tape measure, calipers and micrometer, multi-meter, pressure/flow, misc. test equipment, hardness tester.
  • Use vertical/horizontal saw, hand grinders, manual lathe, surface grinder, power tools, and pressure/flow test equipment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft software, able to make simple spread sheets, Word documents, email, and file storage.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience required. 5-7 years of experience preferred.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move no more than 50 pounds.
  • The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions.

CMM Operator – Quality Assurance

What an Assembler does at this company:

  • Prepare and gather components/materials for assembly.
  • Assist in the setup and jigging of assemblies on the table per design drawings.
  • Assemble roof and floor trusses and wall panels using power and hand tools.

Assembly Job Requirements:

  • Experience with pneumatic and hand tools.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and walk/stand for 8–10-hour( 2nd shift is Monday – Thursday)  shift and have basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.

Hours:

  • 1st shift 5 am – 2:30 pm Monday – Thursday, 1/2 days on Friday
  • 2nd shift 2:30 pm – 1 am Monday – Thursday
