  • Wrap and prepare furniture pieces to be loaded onto trailers.

Customer Service Agent (Insurance) Job Description:

  • Receives phone calls, emails and office visitors requesting quotes, changes to existing coverage and/or new policies. Completes applications or endorsements and collects premium when applicable.
  • Responsible for gathering information and risk management recommendations for designated accounts.
  • Receives and reviews request for policy cancellation to determine action to be taken.
  • Perform special projects at the request of client.
  • After reviewing updated client exposure survey information, obtains other renewal information for accounts.
  • Actively seeks referrals from current client based to solicit new business prospects.
  • Reviews existing accounts to determine if additional lines of insurance or increases in limits should be solicited. Solicits expiration dates for policies not written by agency.

Customer Service Agent (Insurance) Job Requirements:

  • Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Coordinate activities to evaluate and resolve technically challenging engineering and quality-related problem
  • Assist with new product introduction; support and manage pre-production trial runs and first off sample approvals
  • Promote the use of standard techniques for continuous improvement such as Six-Sigma, Poka-Yoke and MSA
  • Investigate reports of non-conforming parts, assemblies, equipment, or systems to determine nature and scope of issues that affect customers.
  • Determine and collect relevant data for product and process improvements to track line performance and appropriately escalate issues.
  • Provide technical support to all internal departments to maintain and improve product quality.

Quality Engineer Job Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of AIAG Core Tools: APQP, PPAP & Control Plan, FMEA, SPC/ MSA
  • Problem Solving 8D, A3; Root Cause 5 Why/Ishikawa/Brainstorming/IS-IS NOT
    Knowledge of Quality Systems (ISO 9001:2015)
  • Good understanding of customer expectations and deliverables with an awareness of the impact of failure/cost of poor quality

Drawbench Machine Operator – $1000 Sign-on Bonus

Drawbench Operator Position Description:

The Drawbench Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating all draw benches and related equipment including bar drawing reelers while achieving targeted results in safety, output and quality.

• Use measuring equipment, including micrometers and tape measures
• Ensure proper Alkaline cleaning of product, including blowing of plugs
• Set up and operate pointers
• Set up tooling for upcoming production size changes

Drawbench Operator Requirements:

Operator Assistants

The Operator Assistant will work with a Senior operator to train to eventually become a Operator.

Operator Assistant responsibilities:

  • Enters blend data in computer, complete set up checklist of extrusion line, draining raw material from hoppers, assist with product changeovers.
  • Quality checks of the plastic film including identifying visual defects in film.

Operator Assistant Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must have experience in a manufacturing environment running equipment used in manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Bilingual Spanish is helpful

Flexible hours available  if necessary, during the Monday – Thursday 6 am – 6 pm shift.  Will work a 10-12 hour day depending on job orders.

 

 

 

Wood Finisher

Wood Finisher Job Description:

  • Responsible for finishing with spray gun, staining, clear coating, sanding and all work related to producing final finish for a variety of wood products.
  • Spray or wipe finishing stain onto and into wood grain; then apply sealers and top coat.
  • Mix finish ingredient to obtain desired colors or shades
  • Select appropriate finishing ingredients such as stain, lacquer or top coat, depending on process/product specifications.
  • Smooth, shape and touch-up surfaces to prepare them for finishing, using sandpaper, steel wool or sanders an needed
  • Use and perform routine maintenance on spray equipment and spray booths

Wood Finisher Position Qualifications:

  • Spray finishing experience preferred but not required (willing to train the right candidate)
  • Good hand-eye coordination, concentration skills and a demonstrated attention to detail.

Performs cutting operation to close tolerances, sets backstop, clamp pressure, keeps cutter square, and changes cutter blades by performing the following duties personally. Will performs routine maintenance and minor repairs on cutter, trimmer, and other equipment.

Finish/Cutting Technician Qualifications:

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Surface Mount Technology Technician

Surface Mount Technology Technician Job Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for programming and maintenance of Fuji NXTIII Surface Mount Placement (SMT) equipment and other SMT related equipment like AOI, reflow, SPI, conveyance systems among other equipment.
  • Interface custom machine software and vision systems.
  • Follow change management procedures to ensure no uncontrolled changes are made to released equipment.
  • Maintain production equipment:  Includes repairs, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and spare part replacement identification
  • Uses schematics, machine specifications, manuals and standard operating procedures to solve problems and create logical preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Assists in the development and refinement of SMT placement programs together with design and engineering to ensure changes are planned and executed in the most efficient and quality oriented manner

Surface Mount Technology Technician Job Requirements:

  • Possess advanced knowledge of machine line operations, electrical configurations, especially SMT placement equipment software.
  • Have experience with refurbishment of machines and restoration to factory specifications
  • 2 to 5 years’ experience in SMT placement equipment programming and/or maintenance role.
  • Strong preference for experience with Fuji NXTIII equipment and related software (e.g. NEXIM, Fuji Flexa, etc.)
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with ERP systems
  • Electronic/electrical certifications
  • Experience with automation equipment
