Wood Finisher

Wood Finisher Job Description:

  • Responsible for finishing with spray gun, staining, clear coating, sanding and all work related to producing final finish for a variety of wood products.
  • Spray or wipe finishing stain onto and into wood grain; then apply sealers and top coat.
  • Mix finish ingredient to obtain desired colors or shades
  • Select appropriate finishing ingredients such as stain, lacquer or top coat, depending on process/product specifications.
  • Smooth, shape and touch-up surfaces to prepare them for finishing, using sandpaper, steel wool or sanders an needed
  • Use and perform routine maintenance on spray equipment and spray booths

Wood Finisher Position Qualifications:

  • Spray finishing experience preferred but not required (willing to train the right candidate)
  • Good hand-eye coordination, concentration skills and a demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence, and possess strong basic math skills
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

This is a Monday – Thursday 6 am – 4:30 pm schedule.

Quality Inspector

The Quality Inspector position reports to the Quality Manager and assists in the Inspection and Verification of product.

Quality Inspector Job Responsibilities: 

  • Performs First Piece Inspection and Final Inspection
  • Charting or In-process Inspections
  • Optical / Visual Inspections
  • Set up and operate testing equipment
  • Perform calculations and math functions
  • Accurate reporting and recording of data and information.
  • Responsible for understanding and following IATF 16949 standards and continuous improvements as it relates to this position.

Quality Inspector Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and tool knowledge
  • Preferred manufacturing experience
  • Reading and understanding of customer blueprints
  • Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at times.

 

Finish/Cutting Technician

The Finish/Cutting Technician is responsible for cutting raw material and/or trimming printed stock to customer specifications on powered guillotine cutter. Performs cutting operation to close tolerances, sets backstop, clamp pressure, keeps cutter square, and changes cutter blades by performing the following duties personally. Will performs routine maintenance and minor repairs on cutter, trimmer, and other equipment.

Finish/Cutting Technician Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch
  • Regularly lift/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to train on 1st shift for this 2nd shift job

2nd shift hours are 11 am – 9:30 pm Monday – Thursday

 

 

Surface Mount Technology Technician

Surface Mount Technology Technician Job Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for programming and maintenance of Fuji NXTIII Surface Mount Placement (SMT) equipment and other SMT related equipment like AOI, reflow, SPI, conveyance systems among other equipment.
  • Interface custom machine software and vision systems.
  • Follow change management procedures to ensure no uncontrolled changes are made to released equipment.
  • Maintain production equipment:  Includes repairs, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and spare part replacement identification
  • Uses schematics, machine specifications, manuals and standard operating procedures to solve problems and create logical preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Assists in the development and refinement of SMT placement programs together with design and engineering to ensure changes are planned and executed in the most efficient and quality oriented manner

Surface Mount Technology Technician Job Requirements:

  • Possess advanced knowledge of machine line operations, electrical configurations, especially SMT placement equipment software.
  • Have experience with refurbishment of machines and restoration to factory specifications
  • 2 to 5 years’ experience in SMT placement equipment programming and/or maintenance role.
  • Strong preference for experience with Fuji NXTIII equipment and related software (e.g. NEXIM, Fuji Flexa, etc.)
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with ERP systems
  • Electronic/electrical certifications
  • Experience with automation equipment

  • Process accounts payable transactions in a timely manner; process invoices as received and filing all related documents

Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the entry and payment of all incoming material, maintenance, and supply invoices.
  • Submit accurate Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable reports weekly to the Controller’s office.
  • Monitor all Accounts Payable invoices for accuracy and distribute them to supervisors for approval.
  • Maintain the vendor file for completeness and accuracy updating information as necessary.
  • Process monthly sales and use tax return.
