Maintenance Technician

We’re in need of a maintenance/Electrical Technician immediately! This is a full-time position on 1st shift: M-F 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm, your choice. Starting wage is $25/DOE.

 

  • 2 years of work experience in electrical with general mechanical aptitude
  • Electrical experience up to 48-volt, 3 phase

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Experienced Welder

Experienced welder needed! Immediate availability on 1st or 2nd shifts.

1st shift 6-2 M-F

2nd shift 1-11 pm M-Th

Are you experienced in hardwire or metal core? Do you have experience using a jib crane, overhead crane? Have you operated a forklift? If so, then we would love to talk with you!

Having knowledge of AWS D1.1 is a PLUS!

 

 

 

Fabrication Foreman

We have an immediate need for an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to manage and lead our fabrication team.

REQUIREMENTS

Must have proven fabrication background in a job shop environment with supervisory experience.

Knowledge of steel fabricating techniques, welding, equipment and tools.

Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and specifications.

Familiar with AWS D1.1 Welding Code.

 

 

 

Maintenance Apprentice

Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This includes preventive maintenance and hands-on repair of welders, CNC machines, brake presses, laser cutting systems, overhead cranes, and other fabrication equipment. The ideal candidate brings strong electrical skills and thrives in a fast-paced, job shop environment.

 

 

Maintenance Electrician

UL heavy gauge steel fuel tanks, trailers, large generator enclosures and modular metal enclosures for housing fully equipped electrical distribution and control equipment.

We are seeking motivated Maintenance Electrician to repair CNC & welding machines

  • Maintenance of various CNC machines, Press Brakes, powder coating lines, welding cells, and other equipment
  • Utilizing a CMMS for enabling efficient maintenance and repair operations
  • Electrical troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment and facilities as needed
  • Equipment lubrication, filter changes and standard preventative maintenance
  • Equipment troubleshooting in machine breakdown situations
  • Computer literate
  • Able to read blueprints and schematics
  • Must pass competency test, and pre-employment physical including drug screen
  • 2+ of experience with machine maintenance in a CNC environment
  • Previous experience in sheet metal fabrication a plus
  • Experience in troubleshooting, dismantling, and repairing a variety of machinery including CNC equipment
  • Strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance
  • Ability to read and interpret a variety of blueprints, schematics, and documentation.

Stamping Press/Laser Operator

by

The press operator is responsible for operating mechanical and hydraulic stamping press equipment ranging from 95 Ton to 1000 Ton to produce high quality parts and meet demand.

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Load and unload metal material into press bed
  • Position, align, and secure material against fixtures or stops
  • Evaluate part quality using check aids and/or visual inspection
  • Ensure proper tagging of finished parts for correct routing and counts
  • Keep accurate part and scrap counts, record on data collection system at end of job or shift

 

1st shift hours:  6:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Monday-Friday with overtime as required and on Saturdays)
