Plasma Table Operator

We have an open position for a plasma table operator.  This is a full-time position 6am-230pm Monday-Friday.  The basic tasks are just loading and unloading plasma burn table with plate steel, having parts made for out fabricators.  Experience running a plasma table is ideal.  $18-20 per hour.  This position is in Waukesha County area.

Welder/Shop Helper

We are looking to hire a 2nd shift Welder/General Laborer. This is a full time permanent position. Hours are 3pm to 1130pm with some mandatory overtime. This is a diverse position with general shop needs, as well as welding. Shop and welding experience is a plus. Must be able to lift 50lbs, read a tape measure, and work in a fast paced environment. Health and dental insurance, short term, long term, and life insurance, as well as 401k, paid vacation, and paid holidays all available after probationary periods on our payroll.  $15-$17/hour based on experience.

Quality Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure product and process quality in our manufacturing operations.

  • Lead and support Quality improvement projects across manufacturing processes to reduce internal defects, supplier defects, customer quality escapes, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of Manufacturing Quality improvement experience with an Engineering degree OR 3 Plus years of experience with an associate degree from Technical Community College. Fresh graduates interested in developing a career in Quality will also be considered.
  • Knowledge of quality tools such as APQP, FMEA, CTQ, SPC, 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, Pareto, and control charts are a plus.
  • Experience in Sheet Metal Fabrication, Welding, Paint and Electrical/Mechanical Assembly processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (MS Excel, Minitab, or similar); Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Epicor) and SharePoint is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Certification (CQE, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, additional languages like Spanish an advantage

CMM Programmer

This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and performing precision measurement and inspection processes to ensure compliance with customer and industry specifications.

• Operate and program precision measurement equipment (CMM, Faro Arm – both using Poly Works software)
• Interpret and apply GD&T to stamped parts and tooling components.
• Develop measurement plans and inspection routines for new and existing parts.
• Perform dimensional layouts and provide detailed reports for PPAP, ISIR, and capability studies.
• Support troubleshooting of stamping, tooling, and quality issues through dimensional analysis.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to improve processes and reduce variation.
