Material Handler

Responsible for loading and unloading trucks and the direct labor operations, including: plugging and cleaning of parts, tagging parts for delivery, creating service kits, all while adhering to standard operating procedures to ensure product quality and accuracy.

Material Handler Primary Duties:

  • Completion of standard logistical documentation i.e. bill of laden, packing slips, etc
  • Physical act of loading and unloading trucks in a safe manner while ensure no damage to components
  • Use of scales to conduct weight counting
  • When appropriate the proper disposal of non-conforming or scrap components
  • Executes standard operator procedures including proper component handling to ensure no contamination or damage as a result of the warehouse activity
  • Printing labels for parts

Material Handler Requirements:  

  • High School Education, with up to 12 months of experience and past experience in shipping and receiving preferred.
  • Ability to define job requirements and be a self-starter and hold self-accountable for efficiency and accuracy of specific activity
  • Strong communications skills
  • Driver licenses required
  • Computer Skills: Hand held scanners, email, enterprise systems i.e. Baan, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, etc.
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds frequently

 

Custodial/ Environmental Service Assistant

Custodial/ Environmental Service Assistant Job Description:

  • Performs cleaning and related services to patient, public, clinical, and administrative areas, maintaining a well-groomed appearance in all areas.
  • Cleans patient care areas, surgical areas, public/private restrooms, conference rooms, lobbies, offices, elevators, and stairwells.
  • Cleans all environmental surfaces including ceilings and vents, walls, doors, furniture, beds, bathroom fixtures, and windows.
  • Assists in cleaning emergency spills as requested. Dusts and damp mops floors in patient and exam rooms, corridors, stairwells, restrooms, and other areas of the facility. Replaces cubicle and window coverings.
  • Gathers and disposes recyclables, trash, and medical waste. Collects hazardous trash following established infection control guidelines.
  • Sorts, stocks and delivers linens. Gathers and prepares soiled linen for transportation. Cleans and prepares dismissal and transfer units and certain equipment used in the care of patients and distributes nonmedical supplies to specific areas.
  • Fills and cleans supply dispensers. Inventories linens, cleaning supplies and paper supplies and orders additional in a timely and cost effective manner.

Custodial/ Environmental Service Assistant Job Requirements:

  • Performs tasks without disrupting operations of the doctors, nurses, patients, public, and other staff. Ability to set priorities, be aware of and follow department policies and procedures in all situations. Basic computer skills. Excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be able to: lift up to 35 lbs. from floor to a maximum Must be able to: lift up to 35 lbs. from floor to a maximum 5 ft. lift and carry up to 20 lbs. at waist height a reasonable distance. Must be able to: push/pull with 50 lbs. of force. Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, reach above shoulders, and crawl to complete tasks.
  • Must also be able to push/pull/drag equipment such as hospital beds, and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs. Must be able to be on feet the majority of the time with both walking/standing throughout the shift.
  • Must have ability to wear protective clothing as will be exposed to strong germicidal solutions, cleaning chemicals, temperature changes, soiled linen, infectious waste (blood and body fluids). Requires that incumbent be familiar with policies on handling infectious and hazardous waste.
  • Must have ability to operate vacuum cleaners, mopping equipment, buffer or burnisher, automatic scrubber, up to six-foot stepladder, and other cleaning tools.

Gage Quality Technician

Primarily responsible for maintaining, calibration and setup of a variety of instrumentation and equipment. This position ensures that instruments, gauges and testing devices are calibrated correctly, give accurate readings and are issued to jobs in a timely manner.

Gage Quality Technician Job Description:

  • Perform writeups, basic calibration, repairs, and verification of inspection equipment
  • Coordinate and track issuance of gages to jobs
  • Coordinate calibration activities with other departments and outside suppliers
  • Quote and purchase new and replacement gages
  • Responsible for the orientation of new employees, with regards to the appropriate Quality System procedures, gage maintenance, and gage calibration
  • Responsible for the maintaining the calibration frequencies of all measurement instruments
  • Responsible for the data entry into the calibration software in a timely manner per the associated procedures
  • Responsible for the maintenance of all records, software, and documents in a timely and accurate manner

Gage Quality Technician Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience as a calibration technician; desired
  • Strong understanding of Metrology concepts
  • Familiarity with a wide variety of hand and stationary inspection equipment.
  • Basic calibration experience with Calipers, Micrometers and Pin Gauges
  • Understand Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
  • Solid math skills
  • High attention to detail
  • High standard of integrity when dealing with employees, suppliers or customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Ability to quickly learn industry specific software (Gage Track)
  • Ability to follow detailed calibration procedures

Dietary Clerk

Assists and obtains meal selections from patients based on current diet order. Performs clerical duties related to the day-to-day operations of the diet office.

Dietary Clerk Job Description:

  • Receives diet changes throughout the day, i.e. diet orders, patient admissions, cancellations, transfers, special physician or dietitian orders such as tube feedings and supplements, requests for late trays and diet instructions.
  • Checks menus for completeness and accuracy; refers problems to the Dietitian.
  • Answers room service phone and obtains meal selections from patients based on current diet order.
  • Prints off tube feedings and nourishment labels; checks labels for accuracy.
  • Maintains department files. Enters all supplements, tube feedings, snacks, other food allergies and patient preferences into the card file.
  • Accurately performs duties or answers questions regarding dietary procedures, nutrition services procedures, write-ins, foods allowed on all modified diets, guest tray procedures, isolation procedures etc.
  • Prepares food production reports. Prints off missed meals and tray counts.
  • Inventories and orders supplies/forms or communicates need for supplies to the Manager, Supervisor or Lead.
  • Operates a cash register and completes cash handling functions.

Dietary Clerk Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to walk and stand the majority of the workday.
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally.
  • May be required to enter isolation rooms, therefore personal protective equipment must be worn as necessary.
  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.

Weld Technician/Trainee I

Section I: Job Description

The Multi Parish/School Account is a specialized accounting position responsible for the prudent stewardship and effective administration of the financial resources of two clustered parishes and one school in the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. The Accountant values organization and conscientious management of resources to help the Church fulfill its mission and purpose. This individual works with the Pastor, Director of Operations, parish staff and the Finance Council in executing best practices for internal controls, analysis of financial data and implementation of financial guidelines and procedures established in the Archdiocese of Milwaukee Parish Financial Management Manual. The Accountant reports directly to the clustered parish’s Director of Operations.

Section II: Responsibilities

  • Maintain all accounting functions for the two parishes and school
  • Process purchase orders, record all receipts, disbursements, journal entries and payroll for the parishes
  • Reconcile all monthly bank statements and investment accounts
  • Assist the Director of Operations and Finance Council with the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget
  • Prepare and review all monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the parish and auxiliary organizations
  • Provide analysis of parish financial statements to the Director of Operations and Finance Council; attend Finance Council meeting and be available to answer questions.
  • Attend Student Advisory Council meeting to provide financial insights when needed
  • Prepare and submit annual financial reports to the Archdiocese of Milwaukee
  • Maintain appropriate files for payables, vendors, employees and payroll
  • Oversee management of parish financial and operations records
  • Maintain working relationship with offertory count teams and assist with training when necessary
  • Provide staff support and direction
  • Work with various committee chairpersons regarding fundraising and/or committee budgets
  • Implement and maintain internal controls and best practices established in the Archdiocese of Milwaukee Parish financial Management Manual
  • Assist with all external auditors or diocesan internal auditors pertaining to periodic parish financial and administrative reviews.

Section III: Education / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required with a minimum one or more years’ experience in all activities of an accounting cycle and working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Practices (GAAP) or,
  • Associates degree in Accounting or its equivalent with five or more years’ work experience Skills/Knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, & PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in Google Applications including Gmail and Google Docs

Plastic Set-Up Technician

  • This position is responsible for opening the plant during days production is scheduled, performing set up of production molds in injection molding machines.

Our client is looking to add machinists to their organization including mazatrol controlled lathes, and be familiar with (G&M Code) Fanuc controlled large lathes and Fanuc controlled Horizontal machining centers.

CNC Machinists Requirements:

Ability to lift and work with heavier parts. Candidate will need to be familair with lathes and mills that use Mazatrol and/or fanuc controls and can make edits to the program when necessary.
