Pharmacy Lab Technician Job Description:

  • Follow formula directions making products, measuring and mixing substances, filling products into appropriate containers, applying safety seals, applying various size labels to an assortment of different packaging options, etc.
  • Checks quality of work throughout production process; follows protocols and procedures
  • Operates equipment and machinery as instructed for mixing, filling, labeling, and more
  • Maintains cleanliness of production areas such as: washing dishes, cleaning floors, wiping down counters/tables, emptying trash etc.

Pharmacy Lab Technician Job Requirements:

  • Exceptional math skills
  • Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures, including directions with multiple steps
  • Work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while maintaining productive speed
  • Ability to operate equipment and machinery as instructed; mechanical ability a plus
  • Ability to work in an enclosed clean room, following protocols for sterile environment as well as other sterile processes

CNC Machinists

Our client is looking to add machinists to their organization including mazatrol controlled lathes, and be familiar with (G&M Code) Fanuc controlled large lathes and Fanuc controlled Horizontal machining centers.

CNC Machinists Requirements:

Ability to lift and work with heavier parts. Candidate will need to be familair with lathes and mills that use Mazatrol and/or fanuc controls and can make edits to the program when necessary. Must know the difference when making offsets in wear or geometry, teach tools manually and have basic understanding of set ups and programming.

Warehouse Shipping Clerk

Warehouse Shipping Clerk Job Description:

  • • Forecasting and verifying shipments to meet customer expectations. They will use the TCM system (ERP) for this and need to be familiar with MRP’s and ERP’s.
  •  Processing incoming and outgoing shipments, including required documentation. We use our customer’s shipping applications as well as UPS/FEDEX/DHL – but since some of our customers are international, it is important that this person understand how to ship to other countries.
  •  Coordinating loads with our internal truck driver to maximize route efficiencies. The shipping clerk is responsible for scheduling all of our outside processing. This means that they coordinate with outside vendors on purchase orders and schedule our truck driver to pick up and drop off loads. Additionally, they will enter ASN (advance shipping notices) and other documentation into various systems to track shipment and receipt of material.

 

Warehouse Shipping Clerk Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a production shipping department is required
  • Proficiency with shipping and production software

Building and Grounds Maintenenance

CNC Machinist

Individual will be responsible for maintaining/troubleshooting control hardware and making changes/improvements to control software that is used in the manufacturing processes.

CNC Machinist Job Description:

  • Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, orthographic drawings, reference planes, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters; interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
  • Programs Waterjet cutting machine by entering instructions, including zero and reference points; setting tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches; calculating requirements, including basic math, geometry, and trigonometry; proving part programs.
  • Loads feed mechanism by lifting stock into position.
  • Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces; adhering to international standards.
  • Maintains specifications by observing; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls;; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.

  • Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, divide and read a tape measure with a high level of accuracy.

  • Collect and return dirty dishes to the kitchen for washing.
  • Prepare and serve cold drinks, or frozen milk drinks or desserts, using drink-dispensing, milkshake, or frozen custard machines.
  • Prepare daily food items, and cook simple foods and beverages, such as sandwiches, salads, soups, pizza, or coffee, using proper safety precautions and sanitary measures.
  • Wash dishes, glassware, and silverware after meals.

Candidates will be scheduled to work shifts starting on Sunday late afternoon; Monday – Thursday 6 am-8 pm and until Fridays at 6 p.m when campers are on premise.

Candidate should have some experience with food service and ServSafe certification is desirable.
