CNC Machinist

CNC Machinist Job Description:

  • Perform operations necessary to face, turn, bore, chamfer, groove, thread, drill, tap and wash a variety of materials and parts.
  • Set-up machines where detail and operating procedures are standardized and obvious.
  • Maintain a close check on work in process and make adjustments to equipment, programs and tooling as required.  May be required to read part drawings and use adjustable and fixed gauges to check work.
  • Maintain proper coolant ratios and levels and perform routine maintenance.

Maintenance Technician

Perform a wide range of maintenance, welding, fabricating and repairs to machines and equipment to support manufacturing operations.

Maintenance Technician Job Description:

  • Develop and execute Machine Preventative Maintenance Schedules on all types of welding, fabricating, molding press, CNC and assembly equipment.
  • Determine root cause of maintenance issues. Suggest and execute necessary improvements.  Root Cause Analysis training a plus.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic problems on machinery and equipment to determine the extent and method of repairs and/or replacement of worn or defective parts and establish a troubleshooting process based on findings.
  • Perform a wide variety of repairs and/or fabrications on various machines and production equipment such as: welding, testing and assembly equipment, molding presses, CNC equipment, etc.
  • Work from prints, schematics, drawings and sketches. Including air, hydraulic and electrical prints
  • Work with Manufacturing Engineer on various maintenance related issues.
  • Order replacement parts and materials and maintain inventories

Maintenance Technician Job Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years experience.

  • Must be able to work overtime including Saturdays
  • Employee is required to work from verbal instructions, written work instructions and quality plans with minimal supervision.
  • Forklift operation-certification preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Welding, mechanical, electrical (D/C) and hydraulic experience or formal training required.

Shipping Coordinator

This position is responsible for handling all manual, clerical and computer related duties for receiving, storing, issuing and delivering component materials and shipping finished products to customers. Maintains computerized records for tracking inventory and follows procedures to ensure database accuracy. Ability to process both domestic and international shipments.

Shipping Coordinator Job Description

  1. Count, weigh or measure incoming materials and compare identifying information against bills of lading or other records; examine incoming shipments for damage or shortages
  2. Process receipts in computer system and assign and enter material lot numbers as needed
  3. Process material issuance to the shop floor; record appropriate inventory transactions
  4. Retrieve production from staging area, assign lot numbers and move finished product to warehouse or shipping locations. Record all transactions including production reconciliation
  5. Monitor customer open order report; pick finish goods to satisfy customer orders and process all transactions and related shipping documents
  6. Operate material handling equipment to move stock or reorganize storage

Pad Printer Job Description

  • Operate pad printing equipment according to all established procedures and standards, producing high-quality and precise printed materials
  • Complete daily pad printing record identifying down time, production problems/ resolutions, and recording any inventory issued into production or finished product produceds
  • Perform start-up operation of pad printing equipment and gauge production parts

Assembly

Maintenance Assistant

Material Handler

  • Load and unload trucks and move material within the warehouse or production facility.
  • Pull orders together and assemble them for shipment to customers, distribution centers or other destinations.
  • Prepare products for shipping which may include the use of pallet jacks and safely operating forklifts.

  • Insures proper storage and rotation of inventories in refrigerators and freezers. Monitors food temperatures and utilizes established procedures to ensure safe food handling techniques and prevent bacteria contamination.

Hospital Cook Job Requirements:

  • ServSafe Food Handler certification.
  • Requires 3 years of experience in food production in settings such as a hotel, restaurant or high end institutional environment.
  • Familiarity with diet restrictions and ability to adapt recipes accordingly. Ability to measure and scale amounts of ingredients used in a recipe.  Continuously lifts up to 10 lbs., frequently lifts up to 20 lbs. and occasionally lifts up to 50 lbs.
