Pad Printer Technician

Pad Printer Job Description

  • Operate pad printing equipment according to all established procedures and standards, producing high-quality and precise printed materials
  • Complete daily pad printing record identifying down time, production problems/ resolutions, and recording any inventory issued into production or finished product produceds
  • Perform start-up operation of pad printing equipment and gauge production parts
  • Mix chemicals with ink to achieve optimum printing quality
  • Prepare work area for job changeover
  • Box printed parts according to established procedures
  • Function as an Inspector/ Operator (as assigned by the Manufacturing Manager) which includes parts inspection, labeling, bagging, weighing, boxing and other secondary operations.

Pad Printer Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Six months to one year working in a production environment with pad printing equipment experience strongly preferred but will consider candidates with other printing and printing equipment backgrounds.
  • Job requires lifting up to 50 pounds under 1/3 of the time.
  • Color vision with the ability to identify and distinguish colors

Assembly

Perform required operations to assemble, test and package all sizes and types of utility, sump, sewage and effluent pumps.

Assembly Job Description:

  • Perform assembly operations including: oil fill, electrical connections and decal application to produce a variety of utility type pumps.
  • Administer high pot and unit performance tests according to predetermined standards.
  • Perform paint and pump preparation, paint pumps, monitor and maintain the painting process.
  • Attach all hydraulic and electrical connections, perform unit performance test to proper specifications.
  • Perform final packaging operations.
  • Perform in-process quality checks and correct non-conformances.
  • Employee is required to work from verbal instructions, written work instructions and quality plans with minimal supervision.

Plastic Injection Molder

Perform necessary operations on a variety of plastic injection molding presses to produce quality components at a predetermined standard.

Plastic Injection Mold Operator:

  • Perform necessary operations to mold components including proper placement and removal of inserts and removal of part.
  • Perform secondary operations such as removing spurs and knockouts, sonic welding, deburring, machining, and minor assembly and packaging.

Engineering Technician

Maintenance Assistant

Maintenance Assistance Job Description:

Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on all production and lab equipment.

  1. Maintain all lab and production equipment
    1. Molding machines, mixers, extrusion machines, forklifts, floor scrubbers, etc.
    2. Typical building / facility upkeep
  2. Daily duties include:
    1. Forklift inspection, documentation, and repair if necessary.
    2. Documentation on log sheets of all shift maintenance activity.
    3. Work orders completed and are turned in for all assigned or emergency repairs completed.
  3. Perform preventative maintenance on all lab and production equipment as assigned.
  4. Ensure maintenance areas are kept clean.
  5. Interface regularly with Office, Lab, Production, and Materials supervision to review specific needs with regard to repair needs, follow-up on repairs made, and janitorial issues.

Maintenance Assistant Job Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Must have own tools.
  3. Must be mechanically inclined.
  4. High level of experience includes:  hydraulics, pneumatics, metal fabrication, welding, forklifts, strong electrical diagnostics, trouble shooting, wiring, repair, and forklift repair, etc.
  5. Excellent verbal and legible written communication skills as they pertain to dealing with and understanding employee machine malfunction concerns or issues, dealing with employee issues,  documenting job progress in logs and in training or re-training staff members.
  6. Outstanding attendance, judgment, organizational, and problem solving skills.
  7. General knowledge of OSHA, NFPA and other Safety Regulations, and in the frequent use of personal protective equipment.  (HazCom, LockOut/TagOut, Respiratory and Electrical Safety, etc.)
  8. Frequent walking and standing is required. Occasional climbing up and down ladders or platforms, work at elevated heights, and other physical activity to include:   bending, squatting, twisting, and upward/downward reaching.
  9. Lift or carry 10 to 25 pounds frequently, 25 to 70 pounds occasionally, lift or push up to 100 lbs. or more occasionally (using “buddy” system for higher weights)

Material Handler

Material Handler Job Description:

  • Load and unload trucks and move material within the warehouse or production facility.
  • Pull orders together and assemble them for shipment to customers, distribution centers or other destinations.
  • Prepare products for shipping which may include the use of pallet jacks and safely operating forklifts.
  • Packaging which may include using banding and shrink wrap machines.

Hospital Cook Job Requirements:

  • ServSafe Food Handler certification.
  • Requires 3 years of experience in food production in settings such as a hotel, restaurant or high end institutional environment.
  • Familiarity with diet restrictions and ability to adapt recipes accordingly. Ability to measure and scale amounts of ingredients used in a recipe.  Continuously lifts up to 10 lbs., frequently lifts up to 20 lbs. and occasionally lifts up to 50 lbs.
