Production / Packaging

You may be asked to set up, operate, clean and maintain food processing and filling equipment, working as part of a team to reach daily production goals. A clear understanding of proper food handling techniques of meat, eggs, fruit and vegetables is required. Direct daily contact with food is expected. Detail oriented individual with understanding of food manufacturing regulations is very important: gloves, hairnets, and closed shoes are required.

Packaging/Production position additional responsibilities may include:

  • Equipment changeovers
  • Machine troubleshooting
  • Forklift driving

Packaging/Production position requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Ability to work independently
  • Food Handling Experience highly preferred
  • Mechanical experience (preferred not necessary)

Physical Demands:

  • Ascending or descending stairs or platforms.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and move freely.
  • Must be able to lift/move 50 pounds or more from time to time.
  • May have physical and/or airborne contact with food allergens (except peanuts).
  • Work environment includes normal office to plant operations with very cold/hot conditions.
  • Must be able to distinguish colors.

Manufacturing Janitor

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, and break areas.
  • Sweep, mop, and scrub shop floor to maintain a safe and tidy work environment.
  • Collect and dispose of metal chips, scrap, and other production waste.
  • Operate forklift to move waste bins and materials as needed.
  • Operate floor scrubber and other cleaning equipment.
  • Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when inventory is low.
  • Perform general custodial duties in offices and facility common areas.

Qualifications

  • Previous custodial, janitorial, or maintenance experience preferred (manufacturing environment a plus).
  • Ability to operate a forklift (certification preferred; training may be provided).
  • Ability to operate a floor scrubber and other cleaning equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

 

 

Candy Inspection and Packaging

  • You will read technical layouts, mount complex climate control units, run copper refrigerant lines, design or modify ductwork, and lay out electrical wiring.
  • Mount compressors, motors, condensers, and evaporators according to engineering layouts.
  • Inspect pipe joints for leaks and test electrical circuits to verify operational safety.
  • Ensure every installation aligns with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and local building ordinances.

  • A minimum of 3 years of residential installation experience.
  • EPA certification is required.

HVAC Service Technician Job Duties:

  • Work independently to provide high-quality maintenance and repairs on residential HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, perform routine preventative maintenance, and manage refrigerants to ensure equipment operates safely.
  • Diagnose system malfunctions and replace faulty components like compressors, motors, and thermostats
  • Perform comprehensive system checks and filter changes. Conduct routine inspections, clean ducts, replace air filters, and perform seasonal tune-ups.
  • Comply with OSHA safety regulations, building codes, and EPA standards for handling refrigerants
  • Inform customers about their system’s health and the value of our maintenance agreements and enhancements.

  • Minimum of 6 months in HVAC service with the ability to run maintenance calls solo.
  • A valid driver’s license, the ability to pass background/drug screens, and an EPA Certification (or ability to acquire certification).
