• Professionally handle high volume (inbound/outbound) phone calls, chats, and emails
• Accurately enter large volume of retail orders

Junior Project Manager Job Description:

• Conduct estimating, job writing, job planning and overall execution of basic jobs and projects

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to solve conceptual math problems efficiently.

Administrative Assistant Job Description:

This is a highly visible role that impacts employees, customers, vendors and colleagues in person and by phone

• Responsible for the attendance and time off process for the organization, which includes receiving and processing requests and call-ins, maintaining the metric/s that track attendance, and issuing employee disciplines to the appropriate supervisor.
• Supporting the Human Resources department through interview scheduling and processing applicants who are on-site for interviews and hiring
• Managing the physical space of the office; including equipment ordering and maintenance, supply/janitorial and related purchasing and distribution, and ensuring our physical space is clean and orderly.

Administrative Assistant Job Requirements:

• Demonstration of excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Bilingual – Preferred but not required.
• Comfortable in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• High School Diploma required, and some college experience preferred
• Clerical related experience preferred; Prior payroll experience is a plus.
