Customer Service Job Description:
- As part of a four-person CSR team, will help answer incoming calls
- estimate jobs, order entry and follow-up
- communication with customers, sales reps, other departments, vendors
- process client credits
- filing and other administrative tasks
Customer Service Job requirements:
- Candidate must have prior manufacturing customer service experience.
- must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- ability to multitask, prioritize and be organized
- above average written and verbal communication skills
