Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Job Description:

  • Responsible for proper setup of machines, maintains and performs preventative maintenance.
  • Adjust machines as needed to ensure quality and production standards are met.
  • Maintains a detailed journal of all maintenance duties performed.
  • Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders, verifying receipt.
  • Determines changes in dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting the parts, using rulers, calipers, micrometers and other measuring instruments.
  • Perform building interior/exterior maintenance and repairs as needed.

Maintenance Technician Job Requirements:

  • Ability to trouble shoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical motion control systems.
  • 1-2 years working in a plastic manufacturing environment preferred, but not mandatory.
  • 2 years of mechanical/machinery maintenance experience and/or education
  • Basic understanding of PLC’s
  • Forklift licensed/certification
  • Basic Math skills

Legal Assistant

Legal Assistant Job Description:

  • Assign file numbers, research criminal histories and assemble and prepare files for court.
  • Review files after court and prepare follow-up correspondence and forms.
  • Type criminal and civil jury instructions.
  • Coordinate the scheduling and rescheduling of court hearings through the Clerk of Courts office, and with defense attorneys and other case parties.
  • Process no prosecution cases, including correspondence to law enforcement.
  • Coordinate and prepare writs for the transport of defendants and witnesses to court for hearings and trials, or assist in setting up videoconferencing.
  • Prepare letters to the court requesting the rescheduling of court hearings and trials, and track status.
  • Prepare extradition forms, detainer forms, and appointment of special prosecutors.
  • Research and interpret the traffic and criminal codes of the Wisconsin State Statutes.
  • Transcribe, compose, draft and prepare correspondence, court documents, pleadings, legal documents and other materials from verbal, written and/or dictated instructions.
  • Determine if a summons or warrant should be issued, draft document and assign court date.
  • Prepare, maintain and track case files, assisting attorneys in meeting statutory and court deadlines and assuring offenders comply with court-imposed deadlines.
  • Data enter arrest, person and case information submitted from arrest reports and traffic citations submitted by law enforcement agencies into the District Attorney case management/tracking system and assign DA case numbers.

Legal Assistant Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma plus one additional year of formal preparation; and two to three years of relevant prior experience.
  • Proficient knowledge and use of legal terminology and Microsoft Office
  • Above average written and verbal communication skills

Quality Assurance Tech

This position is responsible for acceptance of products produced according to customer specifications; Acts as support within the Quality department performing inspections and Quality Control Inspector daily essential activities.

  1. Read geometric dimensions and tolerance characteristics and symbols based on ANSI/ASME Y14.5M practices
  2. Performs complete layout inspection by measuring dimensions, such as length, height, and distance between reference points. Using precision instruments, micrometer, caliper, dial indicator, optical comparator and CMM to ensure product meets specifications.
  3. Perform daily quality first piece, frequency, & final piece inspection for production runs.
  4. For new products, products produced with new tooling, tooling repair, perform first piece layouts and report findings on layouts.
  5. Performs inspection verification on incoming product and outgoing finished products

Quality Assurance position requirements: 

  1. High School diploma or equivalent
  2. ISO-9001 experience preferred.
  3. Testing on inspection and measurement is a prerequisite for this position.
  4. Ability to effectively use tools associated with ensuring product quality including calipers, micrometer, depth micrometer, indicators, gage pins, gage blocks, height and pin gages, coordinate measurement machine (CMM) or precision optical equipment
