You have probably seen some of their graphics and décor products in a store or restaurant.  Their customers include brands, big-box and specialty retailers, quick-serve restaurants and convenience stores.  They care about the environment; the Sustainability Team works with their vendors and other companies to determine ways to streamline manufacturing processes to reduce waste, limit the use of non-recyclable materials, lower energy consumption, reduce pollution and improve the use of recyclable/reusable materials within the organization.

Shipping Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Prepares finished goods for shipments
  • Routes all customer shipments according to customer instructions.
  • Completes all required shipping documents, bill of lading, and company shipping records.
  • Solves problems associated with carrier, routing, and shipping schedules.
  • Assembles, packs, protects, labels, and weighs shipments.
  • Determines and use most economical method of shipment for goods.
  • Traces shipment when necessary.
  • Loads and unloads trucks using material handling equipment and fork lift.
  • Maintains adequate inventory of packaging materials.
  • Maintains company parcel post services.

Shipping Coordinator Requirements:

  • Ability to read and comprehend shipping instructions
  • Math skills
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Ability to lift or move 25 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds

 

 

Installation Coordinator

Install Coordinator Job Description:

  • Directs and monitors all critical elements of installation project and schedule from start to finish per store location.
  • Reviews installation data and materials based on client order.
  • Reviews and assesses all deliverable data and materials from the field for completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintains clear and concise communication (both verbal and written) with managers, customers, subcontractors, installers, and vendors of any details, delivery dates, quality issues, or other related information that effects the installation. Communication may include after normal business hours.
  • Maintains & ensures professional guidelines for subcontractors.
  • Trouble shoots and brainstorms with Creative/Industrial Design and Prototype departments for better, more cost-effective results in the development of the installation methods and instruction manuals.

Install Coordinator Job Requirements:

  • 10% Travel may be involved in training and quality assurance processes.
  • Able to installs signs, displays and any other related products, knowledge and understanding of retail signage a plus
  • Able to train vendors, subcontractors, and customers on installation process.
  • Efficiently operates a camera and/or video for installation training and/or installation validation,
  • Efficiently operates construction type equipment including, but not limited to: drills, saws, tools, rulers, forklift, hand trucks, aerial lifts and other devises appropriate for installations. Not required but knowledge of equipment/tools a plus
  • Experience in Smart Sheets and Pace/ Not required but a plus.
  • Microsoft proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and navigate the internet applications for data entry and collaboration.
  • Valid Drivers License

Maintenance Tech – Electrician $1000 SIGN ON BONUS!

  • Hands on knowledge of electrical, AC/DC motor controls, PLC programming and troubleshooting, pneumatics, hydraulics.
  • Ability to apply and conduct good root cause analysis and troubleshooting techniques

Warehouse

Warehouse Job Description:

  1. Pull stock from inventory, package items when required and stage loads for shipment as required by customer and district orders.
  2. Load and unload trucks with a forklift.
  3. Place incoming inventory into correct bin locations.
  4. Transfer stock from main plant, warehouse and job shop when required.
  5. Maintain and update bin locator file on computer.
  6. Perform general maintenance of parts and packaging.
  7. Update and maintain accurate shipping logs.
  8. Cycle counting required.

Warehouse Position Job Requirements:

  1. Requires basic math skills mainly related to simple calculations.
  2. Ability to operate commonly used packaging and material handling equipment.
  3. Position requires continuous lifting, sitting, walking, climbing and other actions normally related to movement of product.
  4. Must be flexible and be able to work under tight deadlines created by customer and district needs.
  5. Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions.

Accounts Receivable/Sales Support

This position is responsible for all general office activities including reception, billing, order entry, accounts receivable, purchasing, accounts payable, and some customer service-related duties

Accounts Receivable/Sales Support Job Description:

  • Serve in a customer service capacity and depending on account assignment as the initial point of contact or back-up to the sales function for processing orders for molded products and production tooling.
  • Process sales invoices to customers based on contractual agreements, product shipment, engineering time provided, and tooling down payments and deliveries.
  • Process customer applications for credit and establish new accounts in the ERP system with approved credit limits. Follow up with customers with past due account balances as required.
  • Cash Applications to customer accounts.
  • Greet visitors and maintain awareness of reception area.
  • Monitor inventory and order office supplies as required.
  • Perform daily customer service duties for all assigned accounts. (Order confirmation, order processing, promise date maintenance, regular communication with customer purchasing agents, planners and expeditors).

Accounts Receivable/Sales Support Job Requirements:

  • Associates degree in accounting or business preferred. Will consider individual with sufficient level of coursework or experience beyond high school to obtain the necessary accounting and clerical skills required for the position
  • A minimum of three years relevant work experience in an office environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Valid drivers license to travel to bank, post office and other local establishments

Production Lead

  • Use a strategic mindset to optimize press production; this includes scheduling, inventory control, quality, monitoring output and improvement, and safety & housekeeping.

Production Lead Requirements:

  • 5 years Manufacturing experience, some lead or group lead experience preferred; an Associates or technical degree is a plus!
  • Ability to work an extended work week or weekends (this position IS eligible for overtime)
  • A desire to be on the move and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must possess or have the ability to obtain forklift certification

Cost Estimator

The Cost Estimator will receive inputs from customers or vendors in the form of drawings, models, etc. and estimates the critical processes/cycle times needed to manufacture the part.

Cost Estimator Job Description:

  • Collect and validate all relevant Request for Quote (RFQ) details
  • Review RFQ and part tolerances
  • Contact customer where information is missing or unclear
  • Initiate RFQ’s in Micro Estimating software
  • Manage speeds & feeds used within Micro Estimating
  • Publish open quote lists and ensure all quotes are assigned in a timely manner and moving to on-time completion
  • Communicate with Purchasing team to seek outside vendor quotations when needed
  • Participate in customer discussions on manufacturability or cost reduction
  • Determine the operations, their order, and the cycle times required to complete the part as required using Micro Estimating software
  • Populate Sales Price Calculation form for each Request for Quote
  • Apply appropriate gauging, fixtures, and tooling, based on print tolerances and process

Cost Estimator Job Requirements:

  • BA or BS degree in a relevant field, or 10 years of direct experience in machine cycle time estimation & methods
  • Excellent understanding of GD&T
  • Experience using estimating software, Micro Estimating is preferred
  • Experience with 3D viewing software
  • Strong understanding of data management inputs for estimating software
  • Strong understanding of global manufacturing; machining experience is required
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong project management & organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to work within deadlines

Truck Upfitter

  • Responsible for upfitting and installing of various types of truck bodies, mobile power systems, and other truck equipment to various types of chassis and work vehicles
  • Install electrical components onto trucks, such as lighting, trailer plugs, and brake components Fabricate steel components, weld, and paint, as experience permits
  • Install various mobile power systems (PTO-driven air compressor / generators, PTO-driven hydraulic systems, generators, inverters, etc.

Truck Upfitter Job Requirements:

  • Experience with common automotive shop tools and machines

Manufacturing Quality Lab

Manufacturing Quality Lab Job Description:

  • The primary function is to determine mixed compound acceptance based on analytical tests. Testing will require measuring and adding final batch chemicals to the test sample on the lab mill.
  • Collect test results using a network of computers to generate a final test report for each batch.
  • Document Test failures by using the Nonconforming Material Report System, placed on hold and forwarded to the facility Quality Manager for final disposition.
  • Is responsible for product audits as required.

Manufacturing Quality Lab Requirements:

  • Must be detailed oriented, able to prioritize work, have good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work independently in support of shift priorities.
  • High school Diploma (Associates degree desired)
  • 2 years of laboratory testing experience desired
  • Demonstrable Microsoft Word and Excel Skills
  • Solid problem solving skills
  • Strong math and analytical skills
