Electro/Mechanical Technician Job Description:

  • Assemble and prepare sub-assemblies of fabricated parts and equipment working from blueprints or product specifications using standard hand and power tools.
  • Test and calibrate completed units to ensure parts and mechanisms meet product specifications.
  • Perform final inspection on assembled and tested equipment.
  • May rebuild and repair customer con rods.

Electro/Mechanical Technician Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must have the ability to read and understand electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Basic electrical background and previous machine shop experience helpful and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Ability to travel 35% of the time to domestic and international client locations

 

 

Custodian

The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible, and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises.  The Custodian/Janitor will be responsible for cleaning the building inside and out, removing debris, and keeping areas neat and tidy, while working 6 am to 2:30 pm 40 hours a week.

Custodian/Janitor Primary Responsibilities

  • Sweep and mop floors, and also use a mechanical floor cleaner.
  • Clean buildings by emptying trash and replace lining of trash cans.
  • Clean and disinfect break room.
  • Monitor janitorial supplies.
  • Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
  • Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants.
  • Possibly mow lawn, trim shrubbery, and other outdoor tasks.
  • Identify and report possible repairs.
  • Occasional shovel snow from sidewalks and sprinkle salt on surface.
  • Occasional painting and other tasks.

  • Ability to lift and push up to 30 pounds.

Candidate will be asked to perform soldering, inspect using a magnifying glass, and assemble for this electronic components company. Will use tweezer, plyers and hand tools.  Take advantage of this opportunity to learn or improve skills in printed circuit boards, mechanical assembly, hand soldering and machine operation. This is light assembly work in a clean, comfortable environment. Experience preferred, but not required. All necessary training will be provided.

Must have above average vision, be able to perform simple math, use a computer and should have prior soldering experience. Should be able to read and follow simple schematics. Candidate will be asked to perform a variety of tasks so need to be flexible and able to catch on to a variety of assignments.

This is a great entry level manufacturing environment.  It is clean, bright and temperature controlled.

Human Resources Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:

The HR Assistant will work closely with the HR Generalist, Recruiting Manager, and other HR team members, as well as members of the Administrative, Finance and Operations teams.  This position also will have frequent interaction with employees in addressing issues as they arise.  The successful candidate will be very organized, have a high attention to detail and be process-focused.

  • Filing/Record keeping

    • Support the recruiting and new hire process as needed
    • Maintain all components of employee files; including back-up to the owner of the employee attendance process
    • Support  HR Generalist with FMLA, unemployment, workers’ compensation, etc.
  • Safety & Training Documentation
    • Compile data for the OSHA 300 log, etc.
    • Collect, organize and maintain safety incident reports
    • Compile and publish safety metrics and reports
  • Employee/Labor Relations
    • Organize and file disciplinary records; serve as back-up for attendance process (disciplinary)
    • Owner of the Paylocity scheduling system process; work with Recruiting team to execute
    • Notifying employees of scheduling changes, overtime awarding, flex time
    • Facilitate the administrative tasks related to new hire and separation
  • Compensation & Benefits
    • Support Payroll and Benefits processes through data entry and auditing
    • Maintenance of the Paylocity system for schedule changes, time off requests, payroll and separation

Human Resources Administrative Assistant Job Requirements: 

  • 1-2 years previous administrative experience required; HR or Payroll experience is preferred
  • Associate Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated record of precise record keeping; High level of organization and accountability; Ability to multi-task and prioritize different projects/tasks to meet deadlines; ability to adjust deadlines and prioritization on a regular basis to reflect organizational need
  • Strong professionalism – maintaining the utmost confidentiality at all times
