Seasonal Office Assistant Job Description:
- Answering of phones with the ability to create relationships with customers by greeting them by name, create account ownership, be responsive and timely and always displaying a caring attitude.
- Perform daily office responsibilities, phones, data entry, filing, to maintain the efficient operation of the office
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
Office Assistant Position Requirements:
- 2 Years’ experience minimum in a Customer Service/Office Environment
- Must be enthusiastic, have a positive attitude with an outgoing personality
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail while multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
- Ability to perform basic math equations
- Have excellent working knowledge with Excel and Word
Part time (10 am – 2 pm) or Full time hours (7 am – 4 pm) Monday-Friday, will be considered.
