Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate and monitor automated cord cutting equipment
  • Assist with running additional production machines as needed
  • Measure materials accurately using a ruler
  • Ensure quality and consistency of finished products
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support quoting, inventory, purchasing, and production processes within a steel manufacturing environment. This role offers a dynamic mix of office and shop coordination responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Quoting & Estimating:

  • Perform material take-offs from customer drawings
  • Estimate steel materials and assist with quoting
  • Prepare and support customer quotes

Inventory Management:

  • Maintain steel, hardware, and paint inventory
  • Monitor and reconcile inventory levels

Production Support:

  • Create cutting lists from bills of material in Excel

Experienced Steel Fabricator:

Must be reliable, self-motivated, and must have experience with structural steel.

Candidate will need to have multiple years working with structural steel (I-beams, Columns),

reading blueprints, fabricating/welding, as well as general shop knowledge.

This is a first shift position 6am-230pm with some mandatory overtime.

This position will pay $28-32/hour based on experience.

Experience with stairs and railings a plus.

Position Overview

The Inventory Control Specialist’s typical duties include, but are not limited to: Verifying quantity of pieces ran on job from report to physical count, picking raw materials in ERP system used on job, verifying quantity of pieces finished on job on finishing operation from report to physical count, completing jobs in ERP system when finished, review closed job report for accuracy, physical inventory of raw material, finished goods, components or hardware as needed. Other miscellaneous duties as required. This position reports to the Director of Operations.

Accounts Receivable Manager

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all operations related to invoicing, collecting, cash application, and dispute resolution for credits taken. Ensure timely and accurate payment collection from customers.
  2. Conduct credit checks and set credit limits for all customer accounts.
  3. Follow up on overdue accounts, negotiate payment plans, and resolve escalated customer dispute.
  4. Prepare A/R aging reports, cash flow forecasts, account reconciliations, and monthly bank reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform highly diversified machining operations including boring, drilling, tapping, and milling on carbon steel parts
  • Select, set up, and adjust tooling; replace worn or damaged cutting tools as needed
