Robotic Welder

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Robotic Welder for our 2nd shift team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing—no prior robotic welding experience required. We are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate robotic welding equipment to produce quality parts
  • Load and unload materials into welding fixtures
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Perform basic machine adjustments as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications:

  • Previous manufacturing or welding experience is a plus, but not required
  • Willingness to learn robotic welding processes
  • Ability to read basic work instructions and blueprints (preferred)

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Steel Fabricator

Experienced Steel Fabricator:

Must be reliable, self-motivated, and must have experience with structural steel.

Candidate will need to have multiple years working with structural steel (I-beams, Columns),

reading blueprints, fabricating/welding, as well as general shop knowledge.

This is a first shift position 6am-230pm with some mandatory overtime.

This position will pay $27-28/hour based on experience.

Experience with stairs and railings a plus.

 

  • Able to Read, Interpret and Build Parts from Drawings/Prints
  • Must have knowledge and ability to operate hand/power tools
  • Ability to lift heavy objects periodically (0-50 lbs)
  • Ability to operate Forklifts
  • Ability to work overtime periodically

 

 

Production Robotic Welder

We’re looking for a Welder to join our production team on 2nd shift. No welding experience? No problem—we provide training! You’ll learn to weld metal components using MIG or robotic welding equipment while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Thursday, 3:30pm-2am

What You’ll Do:

  • Weld metal parts following blueprints and work instructions

  • Set up and monitor welding equipment

  • Inspect and measure welds for quality

  • Assist with equipment maintenance and production documentation

  • Learn to perform basic and complex welds in various positions

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on the production floor

  • Team player with good communication skills

Structural Field Welder

We’re looking for an experienced Field Fabricator-Welder to handle fabrication and welding at job sites, along with some work in the shop.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $27–$32 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Read and interpret blueprints/drawings to build parts

  • Perform structural stick welding

  • Safely operate hand and power tools

  • Lift materials up to 50 lbs as needed

  • Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts

  • Be available for occasional overtime

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Preferred:

  • Experience building and installing stairs and railings

Experience of several years painting steel fabrications is a PLUS.

We produce parts for a variety of OEM’s that are repetitive, and many that are one-time fabrications.

Candidate should have knowledge to mix paints to the customer specifications, prime and finish painting the fabrications efficiently and to the proper dry film thickness required.

(All fabrications that get painted are blasted to at least an SPC-6 finish) Masking and protection of machined surfaces, and threaded holes are needed as well.

We are seeking multiple candidates for 1st and 2nd shift Machinists positions with operating experience.

We are looking for at least one with short run setup/operating experience.

 

Machinist: Steel fabrications

Starting pay up to $25/hr. DOE

1st shift 6-2 M-F

2nd shift 2-12 pm M-Th

This position is responsible for operating a wide variety of tools and complex machinery.

The Machinist repairs and produces parts using both manual and automated equipment with precise measurements.

This position will require excellent mathematical and analytical skills, attention to detail and manual dexterity.

  • Set up, adjust, or operate basic or specialized machine tools used to perform precision machining operations.
  • Study sample parts, blueprints, drawings, or engineering information to determine methods or sequences of operations needed to fabricate products.
  • Maintain machine tools in proper operational condition.
  • Operate equipment to verify operational efficiency.
  • Diagnose machine tool malfunctions to determine need for adjustments or repairs.
  • Dismantle machines or equipment, using hand tools or power tools to examine parts for defects and replace defective parts where needed.
  • Set up or operate metalworking, brazing, heat-treating, welding, or cutting equipment.
  • Operate CNC and press brake machine.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • The ability to read blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety.
  • Excellent coordination and mechanical skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
