Performs Machine Setup
by adjusting machine(s) according to work orders; by determining cutting paths; by entering computer commands to store, retrieve or adjust programs; by mounting, aligning, and securing tooling, attachments, and work pieces on machine(s); by selecting and installing cutting wheels on machine spindle; and by calculating and setting machine controls to position spindle in relationship to work pieces and to regulate factors, such as cutting depth, speed, feed, and coolant flow to operate machine(s) as directed.

Tests, Operates and Maintains Machine
by positioning work piece; by monitoring displays and machine operation to detect malfunctions; by changing cutting wheels and setups according to required machining sequence; by measuring parts for conformance to blueprint specifications, using measuring instruments; by operating machine manually to perform non-automated functions; by performing routine maintenance.

Maintains Work Piece Quality
by observing machine operation to detect work piece defects or machine malfunction; by entering commands or manually adjusting machine controls to correct malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining; by resolving problems when automatic programming is faulty or machine malfunctions; by measuring work piece dimensions with measuring instruments to determine accuracy of machine operation; by fulfilling work order tracking requirements and accurately filling out required paperwork; by cleaning work area(s), machine(s), tooling, and parts as necessary.

A first shift employee to work in the field with our crane operators setting steel.  This would be a 6am-230pm position with some mandatory overtime.  They would be responsible for riding in boom truck with our crane operators to jobsites and assisting the operators get the steel set in place.  This is an outdoor year round position.  Anyone with experience in operating a boom truck would also be considered, but we really need someone who can help the operators get the jobs in place and move to the next one.  This position will pay $16-18/hour depending on experience- having a construction type background is beneficial.

Must be willing to work in ALL climates, we do not lay off in winter or summer.

MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE WITH NO DRIVING CITATIONS.

Extrusion Operator

Setup and operation of extrusion lines; requires strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Minimum Level of Education/Training/Experience Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Two years experience in manufacturing environment
Material handling and/or experience in an injection molding environment preferred

We are in need of a Class A CDL driver.  This person will not only be driving CDL vehicles, but also regular trucks.  This is not strictly a driving job, and the employee will be required to load and strap down their vehicles as well as some shop work when not driving.  This is a full-time position with some mandatory overtime.  Hours are 6am-230pm Monday – Friday.  $32-$35hr.

Light to medium gauge working with all types of sheet metal. Lots of set ups, read blueprints geometric tolerances and bend angles etc. Great long term outlook and very busy manufacturer.
