  • Transport bulk materials and/or molded products using power forklift trucks. Stack or tier merchandise or materials in warehouse.
  • Clean and fill molding machine hoppers. Shovel raw materials to maintain consistent flow to hopper. Clean up spilled material.
  • Cooperate and support the activities of various personnel to ensure appropriate action is taken when there is a mold change or
    molding problem.
  • Straighten and band boxes on pallets. Lift finished product boxes to heights up to 6 feet and weights up to 65 pounds.
  • Monitor loader systems filters and replace as needed. Ensure proper service of assigned forklift truck by reporting and describing problems to the Maintenance Department.
  • Assist with tending presses and packing boxes while Packers take breaks and have lunch.
  • Ensure empty skids are placed at presses.

Quality Control/Shipping Associate

Quality Control/Shipping Associate Job Description:

Primary job responsibility is focused on carrying out existing Quality Control procedures such as inspecting, fixing and recording quality of products received. Assist in Shipping Dept on a weekly basis or as needed. Assist in other tasks assigned as needed in relation to product processing and production.

  • Review and inspect all incoming warehouse stock.
  • Determine quality of goods received.
  • Perform inspection of goods when a quality issue has been determined.
  • Rework/fix product with quality issues (gluing, painting and other craft type skills).
  • Repackage and re-label product as required.
  • Communicate inspection outcomes to Purchasing Manager on a regular
  • Process customer prod returns and report findings to designated CSR.
  • Work with defective product to limit future loss and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in shipping with shelf stocking and product review on the shelves.
  • Assist shipping with picking, packing and processing of orders.

Quality Control/Shipping Associate Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

General knowledge of inventory practices; ability to count and inspect a variety of products and materials accurately and thoroughly; ability to recognize item problems based on
appearance and functionality; ability to maintain records (Excel and Internal Database);ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates; ability tofollow oral and written instructions. Previous product assembly, glue gun use and/or craftskills would be highly beneficial.

As a member of the Parish Staff, the Director of Operations is responsible for the business operations of both St. Patrick (Elkhorn) and St. Andrew(Delavan) parishes, under direction of the Pastor.   • Serves as a member of the Pastoral staff with a thorough understanding and oversight of all staff functions, including buildings and grounds, security and human resources.
  • Coordinates activities and communicates directly with school Principal.
  • Supports Parish Ministries as required, including Faith Formation, Stewardship and committees serving parish ministries.
  • Manages vendor relationships and procurement activities consistent with approved Parish and Archdiocesan policy.
  • Attends, advises and supports Finance Council(s) in establishing financial priorities, planning and budgeting.
  • Attends, advises and supports Buildings and Grounds committee(s), overseeing execution of projects as directed.
  • Serves on Archdiocesan committees and boards as appropriate.

This position is responsible for all general office activities including reception, billing, order entry, accounts receivable, purchasing, accounts payable, payroll, and some customer service related duties.

  • Process accounts payable transactions
  • Place Vendor orders
  • Review accuracy or appropriateness of all vendors’ invoices entered into the system; organize open payables according to estimated payment due dates, and make final payment

  • Coordinate all paperwork associated with employee additions and separations, including tax forms and any other required documentation. Maintain personnel files
