Quality Control/Shipping Associate

Quality Control/Shipping Associate Job Description:

Primary job responsibility is focused on carrying out existing Quality Control procedures such as inspecting, fixing and recording quality of products received. Assist in Shipping Dept on a weekly basis or as needed. Assist in other tasks assigned as needed in relation to product processing and production.

  • Review and inspect all incoming warehouse stock.
  • Determine quality of goods received.
  • Perform inspection of goods when a quality issue has been determined.
  • Rework/fix product with quality issues (gluing, painting and other craft type skills).
  • Repackage and re-label product as required.
  • Communicate inspection outcomes to Purchasing Manager on a regular
  • Process customer prod returns and report findings to designated CSR.
  • Work with defective product to limit future loss and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in shipping with shelf stocking and product review on the shelves.
  • Assist shipping with picking, packing and processing of orders.

Quality Control/Shipping Associate Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

General knowledge of inventory practices; ability to count and inspect a variety of products and materials accurately and thoroughly; ability to recognize item problems based on
appearance and functionality; ability to maintain records (Excel and Internal Database);ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates; ability tofollow oral and written instructions. Previous product assembly, glue gun use and/or craftskills would be highly beneficial.

Must be able to physically perform the various job tasks including but not limited to: Extensive Standing, Walking, Lifting (Max 50lbs)

Hours are Monday-Thursday 6 am – 4 pm (paid 30 min lunch)

As a member of the Parish Staff, the Director of Operations is responsible for the business operations of both St. Patrick (Elkhorn) and St. Andrew(Delavan) parishes, under direction of the Pastor. Direction of Operations Job Description:

The Quality Layout Technician will spend the majority of the time on completing layouts. Other duties may include training others on measurement techniques and calibrating equipment.
• Add dimensional details to blueprints or drawings made by other workers.
• Compute layout dimensions, and determine and mark reference points on workpieces for further processing.
