Pin Cell Operator

Summary:  Performs work on all work centers within the Pin Loom Cell (Red, Orange, Umber, Silver and any new loom as well as related support (Flyer) activities within the cell). Facilitates all operations through; efficient job sheet review, set-ups, weaving operations, inspections, teamwork and documentation as directed by the Production Supervisor or Shift Cell Lead by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned. (Including assisting other Cells): Loom Operations, Crimper Operations, Cross Wire Operation, and other Supporting Tasks

Education / Experience: High School Diploma or equivalency. Ability to read a tape measure accurately is required. Machine set up and/or production experience is helpful.

Knowledge and skills: 

  • Ability to operate a forklift and use basic shop hand tools, micrometers and calipers is required.
  • Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, divide and read a tape measure with a high level of accuracy.
  • Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions and able to read, write and speak English. Accurate communication skills are critical.
  • Must be self motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure. Also cooperate within a team oriented environment, assisting others as appropriate.

Sensor/Automation Technician

Sensor/Automation Technician Job Description:

  • Provide production support to new projects and existing equipment through programming, troubleshooting of controls.
  • Does maintenance work and provide on floor support to any control related problem with in plant
  • Writes support documents as needed for equipment instructions and trouble shooting.
  • Support laser assembly department. Is a back-up for sensor installation.
  • Is familiar with CMMS and can add and edit data.
  • develop as needed or assigned controls for automation equipment
  • write ladder programs as need for PLCs and HMIs

Sensor/Automation Technician Job Requirements:

  • Associate Degree in automation
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications,
  • Working knowledge of wide variety of instrumentation (laser energy puck, AC, DC, Ohm, Amp, db, Scope)
  • Working knowledge of the NEC and Must be certified in NFPA 70E
  • problem analysis for AC/DC controls high/low voltage AC and low voltage DC
  • can read schematics and ladder logic diagrams (programming via laptop in noisy environments)
  • can utilize Microsoft suite of products, Excel, Word, Adobe pdf
  • works to a high degree of accuracy electronically and mechanically

Quality Inspector

Candidate will inspect and test parts for accuracy and quality. Will perform incoming, in process and final inspections for this metal fabricator.

Candidate must have experience using a variety of equipment including: calipers, micrometers, comparators, and be able to run and preferably program an OGP Smart Scope and CMM machine. Must have prior knowledge of Quality Control Procedures including SPC and blueprints.

High school diploma required.

  • Migrate customers from legacy platform to Cloud & Provide tier 1 and 2 support services to customers and channel partners.
  • Lead platform migration activities on assigned customer accounts in complex healthcare and education network environments.
    1. Migrate customers from legacy on-premise AMP servers, legacy wifi based hardware sensors and legacy synchronized time products to the Client Onevue cloud based ecosystem
    2. Perform customer network assessments to determine fit/requirements necessary to support Bluetooth Mesh and OneVue communication within customer facilities
    3. Work with the database migration team to migrate customers from on-premise AMP to cloud based Onevue accounts
  • Work with the project management team to gather and coordinate customer requirements including: network assessments, site surveys, and pre-configuration data
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to customers (Tier 1) channel partners (Tier 2) and Client field installers on the Client portfolio of products.
  • Track/Document service related issues in the service ticketing system. Escalate issues to tier 3 support for review as necessary and manage the customer interaction throughout the process.

Technical Support Analyst Job Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of Wired and Wireless network architecture in large, complex environments including TCP/IP routing & switching
  • Solid understanding of network security architecture and its impact on connected devices.
  • Solid experience with Windows and Linux server configuration, virtualization and deployment
  • 2+ years of experience with Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure cloud technologies
  • Exceptional project management and customer services skills

25% travel is possible to customer locations throughout the United States as needed.
