Administrative Assistant/CSR Support Job Description:
- Provide administrative support to Company Executives including correspondence, schedules, and events.
- Responsible for production and sales data entry and reports.
- Customer Contact including inbound prospect calls, emails, customer service and damage calls and requests for assistance with product assembly.
- Carries out mailings, custom orders (inserts), and a wide array of support services.
- Administrative Assistant/CSR Support Requirements:
- 5 years of administrative support/customer service experience.
- Above average verbal and written communication skills and Microsoft Office.
