Our client is seeking a 1st shift CNC tool room machinist!
This role involves setting up and operating 3-axis CNC machines to manufacture high-quality, custom, one-of-a-kind parts and components.
• Set up and operate 3-axis CNC machines to produce precision parts and components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy.
• Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools to verify parts meet specifications.
• Ability to complete some programming of the machine to make edits and offsets.
• Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
