We’re looking for a Robotic Welder to join our production team on 2nd shift. No welding experience? No problem—we provide training! You’ll learn to weld metal components using MIG or robotic welding equipment while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Thursday, 3:30pm-2am
What You’ll Do:

Weld metal parts following blueprints and work instructions

Set up and monitor welding equipment

Inspect and measure welds for quality

Assist with equipment maintenance and production documentation

Learn to perform basic and complex welds in various positions
What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED
-
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on the production floor

Team player with good communication skills
