We are looking for an Office Manager Assistant. Must have high school diploma and 5 + years experience in manufacturing setting. Perform a variety of clerical typing duties, handle incoming and out going mail, answer incoming calls, filing, ordering of supplies, basic record keeping and some accounts payables and receivables.
Must be able to create and organize word processing documentation and spreadsheets.
Part Time – 20 hours
