A large manufacturing company located in Cudahy, WI, is searching for CNC operators to
assist in its current production line. Experienced operators are preferred, but candidates showing a strong work
history who are mechanically inclined will be considered for training. As a CNC operator, you will be responsible for
the safe and efficient operation of various machine tools used in our production process. Your primary goal will be
to ensure the machines produce high-quality products according to specifications while maintaining optimal
production rates. You will work closely with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and contribute to
meeting production targets.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor machines and tooling during production to ensure optimal operating efficiency.
• Inspect raw and finished products to ensure they meet customer quality standards.
• Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. tool offsets, speed/feeds, etc.)
• Load/move parts using overhead crane and/or forklift and use power tools as needed.
• Address any issues that arise during production (tool malfunctions or material inconsistencies.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks (lubricating machinery, conducting repairs, etc.).
Requirements:
• A good work ethic possessing analytical skills and having an attention to detail.
• Adherence to health and safety regulations (i.e. observing safety protocols)
• The ability to work with a team and communication effectively with others.
• Ability to stand during your shift with occasional reaching, bending, and twisting.
• US citizenship with a high school diploma (or equivalent) is required.
