Accounts Receivable Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operations related to invoicing, collecting, cash application, and dispute resolution for credits taken. Ensure timely and accurate payment collection from customers.
- Conduct credit checks and set credit limits for all customer accounts.
- Follow up on overdue accounts, negotiate payment plans, and resolve escalated customer dispute.
- Prepare A/R aging reports, cash flow forecasts, account reconciliations, and monthly bank reports.
- Research alternative tools for effective collection of customer accounts and provide other financial reports as requested by the CFO.
Work closely with sales, customer service and A/R assistant to resolve billing issues.
Human Resource Supervisor
Main Responsibilities:
- Work with company management in the interviewing and hiring of company personnel.
- Administer compensation, benefit, and leave programs.
- Develop, implement and enforce company HR policies, practices and procedures.
- Act as a liaison between upper management and employees
- Assist in resolving conflict among employees
- Ensure compliance with local, state and federal employment laws
- Work with company management to forecast and plan future staffing needs

- Have knowledge of or initiative to learn employment-related laws and regulations
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s in accounting, finance, or business management
- 3-5 years’ experience working in an accounting, billing, or accounts receivable department or other related business fields
- Previous management experience
