Extrusion Operator Helper Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Extrusion/Laminator Operator in operating extrusion/ lamination equipment in accordance to written electronic standard operating procedure.
- Loading and unloading materials from equipment.
- Replenish all machine supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace under direction of Extrusion/Laminator Operator.
- Responsible for adherence to quality and process control procedures and work instructions as they pertain to the helper position.
- Document, as necessary, all reports and/or filings as required in order to ensure effective dissemination of information to supervisor and other parties that may require such information
- Alert operator to potential defects.
Extrusion Operator Helper Job Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; talk or hear; and use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders.
- The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
12 hour shifts will become a standard 2nd or 3rd 8 hour shift once fully staffed.
