Industrial Maintenance Technician / Machine Rebuild & Repair Technician Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Install, maintain, and repair heavy industrial machinery
- Disassemble, inspect, rebuild, and reassemble heavy industrial machinery and equipment.
- Perform precision machine repairs, component replacement, alignment, fitting, and mechanical assembly.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and complete scheduled preventive maintenance.
- Perform welding, fabrication and mechanical repairs.
- Operate and troubleshoot furnaces and control systems.
- Inspect cranes, hoists, chains, and lifting equipment.
- Read blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and work orders.
- Maintain accurate repair documentation.
Industrial Maintenance Technician / Machine Rebuild & Repair Technician Job Requirements:
- Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following: Industrial/Manufacturing Maintenance, Machine Rebuilding & Repair, Millwright, Mechanical Maintenance, Heavy Equipment Repair
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prefer candidates that have completed or currently enrolled in Mechatronics Apprenticeship / Technical Degree program
Sunday-Thursday | 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM, plus every other Friday 11:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Work Environment:
This position works in a manufacturing environment with operating forklifts, overhead cranes, furnaces, and heavy industrial equipment. Employees may be exposed to high temperatures, outdoor weather, wet or humid conditions, loud noise, fumes, airborne particles, and industrial chemicals.
The position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, crouching, overhead work, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 65 pounds.
